Pros: The hotel was peaceful and the location was great. However the room had a foul smell.
Cons: Carpet needs to be removed. Room smelled like sewage.

Pros: Nice location and pool area.
Cons: Check in staff was apathetic. Let them know we were celebrating our 25th Anniversary. Couldn't care less. Tried to charge us double the online room rate. We have to show proof of online rate to get a better rate. Don't care that we were Hilton Honors.
6,0 Good
Pros: Very nice
Cons: Our bathtub leaked out in to the room and when we told the front desk they went and looked at it but did not dry the carpet or offer to move us to another room. There was no follow up and for the remainder of the stay we were walking on wet carpet.
7,0 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly and understanding to the fact that it was very late at night actually early the next morning they got me checked in right away I had a plane to catch in the morning so they were very prompt and getting me to my room
Cons: When I pulled back the covers to go to bed there was hair and crumbs in my bed I didn't want to change rooms I was tired I put the covers back over the bed and I slept on top of the covers I did not get my 4:30 a.m. wake up call to catch my flight on time

Cons: Have to keep reconnecting WiFi. Staffing insufficient to run both bar and restaurant at the same time.

Cons: The worst view room. We buy the reservations from priceless in booked. But went we checking in .they give as the worst room view in the all hotel. Is going to be the last time i coming to this hotel. They don't appreciate the business from priceless

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
7,0 Good
Pros: The facility was clean, and the room was nice and roomy. I like booking with Holiday Inn Express because of the predictability of what I'll get, even, if it's not perfect.
Cons: The hallway carpet is worn and ugly and needs to be changed.. Ditto for the room carpet. The breakfast was so-so with artificial eggs from egg cartons, and not so great fruit.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room and bed was very comfortable. The spa and pool was very nice. Breakfast was yummy!
Cons: Very busy at breakfast and not a lot of room to sit and eat.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great! Beautiful pool and views of mountains. Plenty of parking. Delicious breakfast.
Cons: Toilet seat was broken. We had to ask for additional towels as we had 3 people in the room but only two sets of towels.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was very clean throughout and the complimentary breakfast very welcome. The pool and jacuzzi are well kept and great to use. The staff in general are all very helpful although one person in the dining room thought my genuine English accent was somehow difficult to understand which always frustrates me. Overall though we would definitely come here again.
Cons: Nothing against this hotel but the cost of hotels in general is increasing very quickly. For example, I don’t feel I should be paying more to stay 3 nights in a hotel than I do for a round trip flight from San Francisco to London in October.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was a nice variety, tasty and plenty of it.. The all day coffee and tea was a nice touch.. The pool was well maintained and a nice size.. The location was easily accessible and central to the places we wanted to visit.
Cons: Our room had a door to an adjoining suite with what seemed like a large family on the other side. It was good that the night they came in at 1am and out at 5am was their last. We had family in the same hotel never thought of an adjoining room. Maybe next time.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The here was a beautiful view of the mountains to the west from my room, the dining area, and the pool area. They were capped in snow my last day there. The hotel is older, well maintained, nice size rooms. Full free Breakfast was a stand out.
Cons: Wasted HDTV's. Coaxial cable means bars across the top and bottom of the screen. The hotel has not changed this system over the last 25 years. No usb hubs in the room so bring your adapters. Wifi was very good.
4,0 Okay
Cons: Uncomfortable bed & pillows. No lblanket in room for sleeper sofa. Toilet problems. Understaffed.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly Staff
9,6 Excellent
Pros: After a slow and long trip. We arrived to be met by two of the finest service people we ever have come across. To me ratings and service are the reasons I stay anywhere. My wife and I met Bill and Katy at the front desk. Everything went well from there. After the way they treated us with such courtesy and care our whole stay perked up and became one of the best. Mind you this was during the covid 19 situation was in full gear. It started with making sure we had everything we needed. Offering up things we hadn’t had time to think about and making us feel important. Thank you to you all. Night shift was excellent as well. Love the area.
Cons: Right by our friends place. Everything is good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access. Staff was friendly.
Cons: None that I could think of. Just grateful that they had rooms available for last minute booking of a NYE weekend.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The pool area was nice. Our room was on the first floor and had really tall ceilings. It was a nice, large room. Great breakfast.
Cons: The room had a bit of a musty smell, but it seemed to go away (or we got used to it).

Pros: Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Location was great
Cons: Table was wobbly. They did fix it. The double beds both had one side against the wall which was very difficult for the 2nd person to get out of. The f.ridge had o door on the freezer and pieces missing on the door so it froze all our food.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Location was fairly quiet. Staff was very polite although not very helpful.
Cons: No coffeemaker in room, had to ask to have one delivered. Coffee was not refilled daily. Lobby only has decaf available. Shortage of towels/washcloths nearly every day of our 7 day stay. Toilet plugged in middle of the night - no plunger available. Had to wait until 8 am for maintenance to arrive. In meantime had to go down to lobby and use the bathroom there. Breakfast selection was scarce and not good quality.

Pros: Great location, pleasant staff. The apartment was large and had full kitchen.
Cons: We arrived late evening and were given a second floor apartment, upon arriving at our building we noted the elevator was out of order, (it is specifically for disabled persons) This was a concern as we were here to visit my wife’s mother who is wheelchair bound, in the morning I went directly to the front desk to enquire about the elevator, I was told it was being worked on today. We left for the day happy that it would be working by the time we returned, only to find on our return it was not fixed. While away we went grocery shopping as the apartment has a full kitchen and the reason we chose this facility was because we wanted to bring my wife’s mother to visit with us and lunch or dinner with us while she enjoyed seeing her grandson. With the elevator still out of order this was not possible, I went to see the front desk again only to be told the technician was on site working on the elevator but if we wanted to move to a ground floor apartment we could, I explained we’d just been shopping and were very settled in the apartment we had, if the tech was on site why would we need to move? The following day I asked again why the elevator wasn’t working, as we only had two days left we made alternate plans to visit family in Arizona for the day. I called the facility while we were away, I was told the elevator was fixed!! So we came directly to the facility with my wife’s mother only to find it not working still, we did our best to enjoy the pool area, but as the sun lowered it got cool quickly and made it uncomfortable to stay outside. We cut the visit with mother in law short and took her home. This was a very disappointing situation, especially as we’d chosen this place because of its location and the ability to allow us to bring my wife’s mother in to visit with her only grandson.

Pros: 2nd time staying at Welk Desert Oasis resort. Staff is friendly and location is great. Facilities are good, though a refresh at some point would be nice.

Cons: Charges was made on my credit card after I check out. I have ask the front desk to make sure all charges is apply so I can pay in full. Because I made a payment on my credit card account then I realized there’s an extra $56 charged after I checked out

Pros: Spacious 1 bedroom villa, king bed was very comfortable and sofa bed was pretty good too actually, no bar in your back like some sofa beds will do! Kitchen was great to have and everything you’d need is there. Fridge has an ice maker even. Shower’s water pressure was great. They provide travelers shampoo, conditioner, shaver and cream, deodorant, shower caps, and lotion. Hair dryer and plenty of towels in bathroom as well. An ironing board was in the room. Two robes and slippers were in closet. Tv in bedroom. Central AC worked great. Spacious patio/deck with chairs and small table. The pool was convenient and relaxing, never too packed or too loud either. Music most days plays lightly in background. Poolside cafe had food and drinks but was out of a few things during our stay. Pretty basic stuff. The alcoholic drinks were not strong so I recommend getting a double if you want to taste any alcohol in it. Pool towels were available in our villa or near the pool and there is a convenient restroom near the pool as well. This resort has daily activities (some you pay for some you don’t) but it is a nice option for families or just something to do! Location was convenient for us, stores and coffee nearby but not really walking distance unless you like long walks. The country club restaurant, Jax, is close by within walking distance as well. No issues with the parking and check in and out was quick. The property was well taken care of and great views of the pool and palm trees! We loved our stay and will likely come back to stay. Overall a very relaxing vacation, just what we wanted! Thank you Welks Resort!
Cons: Poolside cafe not a big menu and out of many things like olives and lettuce and even chicken at one point. Could be easily fixed though. Not a huge deal for us, just bummers.

Pros: Room had a good size bathroom
Cons: Front desk people ignore you. They don't have any answers. Didn't clean room, even after asking it to be cleaned. Came in late in the evening and room key doesn't work. Office not open, so had to sit outside and wait. Found a number to call, then they had to send someone.

Cons: Our niece had a rain jacket and a pair of expensive sunglasses stolen out of her car. The car was in the garage but the door was open. The next day or so we had a Garmin stolen out of our car. It was in the garage with the garage door closed but obviously the car wasn't locked. I heard you may have had other issues from another guest.

2,0 Mediocre
Pros: nothing...would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons: it was musty! Restroom did not flush well! hallways were dirty and once in the room whatever restaurant bar was next to us we heard loud music coming from even with the sliders closed. it was very sketchy and for the price we paid it was ridiculous!
4,0 Okay
Pros: No breakfast offered. The price of $200 per night was WAY overpriced for this hotel, which was average at best. The light next to bed was broken, the outlets did not work there either, the room's door handle was loose and didn't work right, in fact we believe the door was not even properly shut when we returned after the maid was there. When we first got to the room there was only ONE towel total, and there were 2 of us, so we had to call & have them bring more towels . At 2 am that night we were awoken by loud voices in the hallway or room next door, laughing & talking really loud for about an hour. It was horrible. Would never go there agsin. I would rate it a low '2' if not '1''.
Cons: See above - many things were wrong and it was way overpriced. Noisy. We could only tolerate gor one night. Not recommended.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The place was worn out, dirty, over powering smell of cleaning solution. We had to keep the doors and windows open when we checked in or my eyes and nose burned. The long term people below had a pit bull dog that barked and barked. Cigarette butts everywhere. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed

Pros: It was close enough to an event
Cons: Cleanliness. Dried cereal on the shelf above the closet. The sheets on one bed didn’t look clean

Pros: Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean.
Cons: Horrible lobby it was dirty and smelled. Stains on the bedspread so couldn’t use it took the blanket and bedspread off the bed. Air conditioner didn’t get cold enough. I’m handicapped so would’ve liked more than 1 handicap parking space. The parking lot was a mess!

Pros: Nothing was nice ... I stayed in travelodge hotel in Tyler Texas I had a good experience but here not
Cons: I expect more decent eve thing was old and duty ...kitchen was extremely old and duty
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The room was clean. It was definitely one or two stars.
Cons: The area is poor, and there are people in the hotel who I think are homeless transient living there on a weekly basis or monthly. There was a woman in the parking area under her car doing auto repair. Two sketchy men smoking on the balcony, tattooed.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Not much I liked about it.
Cons: Bad area, homeless sleeping in doorway of empty building next door. Not enough safe parking, areas of parking close to the homeless, was worried something might happen to car. Check in office wasn't much more than an upgraded shack, with stained flooring.
3,3 Mediocre
Cons: Grump proprietor, dirty rooms and way over priced!
1,0 Poor
Pros: Not Much... I like the fact its close to my condo.
Cons: Hotel hasn't been updated in years. Straight out of the 80's. Looks like most of the unsavory hotel guest live there and are hiding from the police. Hall carpet is old, very dirty hotel. I asked the maid to change the sheets she said No.. EXCUSE ME?

Pros: The restaraunt was good but they certainly didnt put a lot of effort into providing much information about it The grounds has potential ie pool and lounging areas, but needs a major overhaul if it wants to be competitive.
Cons: Pool was small and cloudy Rooms not very functional ie sink in bedroom not bath Staff was congenial but not warm and inviting. Not very professional. The warmest greeting was when we left. Water pipes loud Zero simple amenities like shampoo, body wash, extra toilet paper Room decor dated. The comforter was purple quilted. Looks like something my grandmother owns.some rooms looked more stylish but unsure why.
7,0 Good
Pros: The facilities are always good at CCBC. We like the new second party room. The restaurant is a great addition as well so we don't have to go out for food as it's already there. We like the food selection and the staff is always friendly.
Cons: The chairs in the room are falling apart. They need to be changed immediately. We were there when it was supposed to be an event night but there was not a lot of people unfortunately. It used to be so busy, what happened? Marketing of this place seemed to have waned.

5,0 Okay
Pros: location, pool and hot tub, retro kitschy lobby
Cons: This is not a four star hotel. No coffee maker in room or even free coffee in lobby, indifferent staff, musty room with inadequate lighting, no luxury elements at all. Not a resort but they charged resort fee and sales tax on a fee, without notice.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The hotel was located in Palm Springs.
Cons: This is NOT a four star hotel. It is a three star, at best. I paid for a 4 star hotel with a king bed and pool view. I received a king bed, but no pool view. To make matters worse, the view was of bushes. We could not see the pool at all from our room.

Pros: Didn't expect this place to be so awesome.
Cons: The A/C was not easy to control.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean for an older hotel
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Staff working the front desk were very polite and friendly.
Cons: The room was so beat up and looked very dingy. There was no real furniture in the room. The bed mattress was awful. The sheets were cleaned, but totally wrinkled. The bed look slept in. We were really disappointed in the whole experience. Never again.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The pool is great, the decor downstairs is cool and the El Jefe cocktails and food were great.
Cons: When we arrived our booking couldn't be found despite them already taking the money, so they tried to rebook us a room direct with them for an extra $400 more than we'd paid already. In the end we managed to rebook through here. Staff were dismissive and rude, especially considering it was Christmas time/day. Be warned, when you arrive they will take $50 a day for every day you stay as a damage deposit which they dont tell you on here. We stayed for four days so this is an extra $200 we didnt account t for. Nothing was really open, the pool bar was open until noon and then noone could be seen beyond that point. Our television also didnt work so we had to change rooms. The decor is cool downstairs but dont be fooled, it's basically an old motel that has been given some badly worn purple carpet and cheap coloured paint, but the standard is of that of a travel lodge, considering the cost per night. No coffee machine in the room. Two weeks after our stay the deposit refund was still not sent back and they avoided replying to all emails and phone calls. Wouldn't recommend or stay again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great vibe, our room looked out over the pool and to the mountains which was really pretty. Everyone was super nice and friendly.
Cons: No coffee in the room was disappointing.

Cons: Rooms were dated - do not match the rest of the hotel decor
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The decor was awesomely retro with a nice touch of modern.
Cons: Really dark on the interior of the complex, ie, route to the pool area at night.

Pros: Absolutely incredible view from the room on a sunny winter morning. Perfection !!
Cons: The reception area was a little underwhelming. Reminded me of an entrance to a swim centre.. Staff were very informed and friendly but the atmosphere didn't match the more sophisticated look of the hotel.

Pros: Had a vert nice stay. Liked the free happy hour. This will bring us back. Also the staff provide us with a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary.... very nice!!!!

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location. We a great room with a balcony that faces downtown.
Cons: The couches in the sitting room, of our hotel room, were stained and needed to be cleaned or replaced. Outside of that our stay was great.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great time and would definately return
Cons: I did not like that they did not have self parking, we do not like to valet our car because we come and go a lot.
7,5 Good
Pros: Friendly and efficient staff. Location is great. Spacious rooms.
Cons: This property is in need of an overhaul. The rooms are old and the signs of aging are obvious. Our room cleaning staff only did the basics during our 4 night stay. The bed was made, garbage removed, towels replaced daily, but no sign of vacuuming or wiping down of surfaces.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Staff was very helpful and the location was great.
Cons: The room was old and needed repairs. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Leaky sink, dripping shower all night and barely working toilet.

9,1 Excellent
Pros: Always a good time
Cons: We come every August - and this is probably our 5th or 6th time. While its always a fun time, the hotel could stand to update itself a bit. Everything is exactly the same and the wear and tear is beginning to show. I'm getting a little bored.

Pros: The decor is beautiful
Cons: The confusing name. CoNtract with hard rock hotel has ended, there is absolutely no need for Zozo to continue calling them hard rock hotel. That creates a confusing and very annoying dilemma. We thought we had booked the wrong hotel. We ended up looking for the address & did a lot of research on yelp by reviews. It’s not okay, they should not be under that anymore

Pros: The location is amazing given we didn’t have a car. The pool area was relaxing, clean and beautifully gardened. The beach towels in the bedroom were a nice touch. The shuttle staff were super friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.
Cons: Although the check-in process was efficient and we got an early check-in, I did not feel the staff were welcoming. The ladies weren’t rude or anything, they were accommodating but they could have been a little more friendly or warm. It was more like “let me do this and get you out my hair” kind of feeling. There is room for improvement from my perspective.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. The pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the warm weather! The location was great, as we were able to walk to the downtown area within minutes.
Cons: I swear that when we booked it said that breakfast was included, however when we got there they said that it was not (I heard another guest asking the same question- I wasn’t the only one). Food at the hotel restaurant was really pricy for what you got. Drinks at the pool bar were also really expensive. I was also shocked that even though we were paid guests that we had to pay daily to park the car in the parking lot.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great hot tub, helpful staff and lovely room
Cons: Handicapped room had a tub with a raised side which was challenging for my mother and room was a good distance from the entrance to the hotel

Pros: Never saw such green grass. The flowers were breath taking. Great pools and hot tubs.
Cons: Very convenient to all excursions.
7,0 Good
Pros: Service at breakfast
Cons: Children running around making noise. Actually it is my fault. When I booked I wanted a location close to my work NOT taking into consideration the hotel had a water park!
8,0 Excellent
Cons: The kids water pool was cold and the adult pool was cold for it considering it was 100 degrees.
7,0 Good
Pros: Great location. Swimming pool, water slides and lazy river looked nice, but we were very disappointed to discover upon arrival that lazy river and water slides were closed for the duration of our stay.
Cons: Only one hot tub was open at the entire resort, and it was dirty and overcrowded. In our room, the door to the bathroom had open slats instead of a solid door, so even the smallest sounds could be heard by anyone in the room.
6,0 Good
Pros: Good happy hour and bites. Easy to walk to other restaurants
Cons: Dated room, not worth premium price charged, plus resort charge, plus charge for use of tennis courts. Courts not close and no one in pro shop ever answered.

Cons: The toilets in the room was too low. Needs to be upgraded.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Part of the golf course was washed out.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The location and the live music at night.
Cons: The rooms smelt like mildew and were outdated . They have only renovated certain rooms supposedly . No water in room or mini bar . The maid cleaned the room in less then 15 minutes and it was horrible .
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing. Rude staff at front desk stopped me from even beginning my stay with was already paid for, non refundable, and even though i had contacted the property atthe time of making the reservation, followed upwith an email as well as called to make sure my employee could check in. I 2as told there were no issues just 20 minutes before her arrival and was guaranteed it was ready to go, then she was rudely turned away. When i called to find out what had happened, was i was met with confrontational rude staff. The woman I spoke to was condescending, didn't listen, just interrupted me and told me i didn't know what i was doing and nothing was their fault. I was completely taken aback at the way I was spoken to. They are judging my employee based on her looks. She is one of the best data system penetration experts in the country. Just because she doesn't have the normal look that the Omni is obviously used to it is no reason for them to turn away our business and treat her the way they did. In acouty that is so progressive and accepting of all different lifestyles this was a sad shock. Shame on you Omni.

Pros: This was my first time in Palm Springs and thankfully my experience was a positive one. The entire staff is super friendly and VERY helpful. They have bicycles that you may borrow to ride around town. They also have a water yoga class, which we took advantage of, and a meditation class. Overall, our stay was pleasant and relaxing.
Cons: Overpriced pool drinks :( Hopefully they don't increase once the entire hotel is up and running. Also, it's a little noisy, not the hotel's fault, but if you're trying to sleep in, will probably not happen. They let dogs stay in the hotel, I don't like that either. I am not a pet owner and I like to get away to get away from my noisy, dog barking 24/7 neighborhood for some barking peace and quiet. While there was not excessive barking, I was awakened by a large dog's bark. :(
7,1 Good
Pros: Main pool area, staff friendliness, bar by pool, good concept and should be a nice place once completed. Nostalgic.
Cons: Under construction, unorganized, trying to do too much all at once. Toilet and shower issues, had to move rooms, they did upgrade us for the hassle.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: The V Palms Springs Hotel was a great experience. Everyone was more than helpful, cool room decor and had a DJ for the 10-5 frame. Will definitely stay there again.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Location and facilities, price reduction promotion. Cute style for an old&small size room. Nice bathroom with direct outside light.
Cons: They have night lamps that are high and heavy given that is an earthquake zone that can topple and hurt the bed occupants. The large pool water temperature was a bit to chilly for December.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff made it more than worth it. Very clean, good food and drinks.
Cons: Useless gym
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved our stay and enjoyed the modern appearance and design of the grounds and rooms. Fabulous pool and lounging area with bar and fire pit. Excellent service received from all the staff. Would recommend!
Cons: Nothing!
8,5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent. Nice modern lobby. Upgraded older hotel.
Cons: I believe pets are allowed here. There was dog feces on the walkway but staff cleaned once they were made aware of it. There was also broken glass on the stairs. The parking was limited.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about this hotel. The beds were one of the best beds I've ever slept on while traveling. The pool area is intimate and great DJ.
Cons: The drinks and food were over priced for what it was. They told us they would call when our room was ready but we never got a call and had to follow up ourselves. They ran out of towels at the pool.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful modern room, USB ports, cement floor (no carpet), cushy bed with down comforter, cozy terry robes, private patio (a bit austere), central pool and fire pit. Comfy outdoor seating with a great view of the mountains. Interesting bar food, reasonably priced and e exulted adequately. Very friendly, accommodating staff.
Cons: Techno music piped loud til 10pm. No sign outside, hard to find in the daytime, there's a dogleg turn to make off the main road to get into the parking lot. A big V lights up at night, easier to see. Full restaurant isn't open yet. Watch out for extra resort fee on booking. Mine was all included in the kayak and getaroom rates, but I've seen other complaints.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My Fiancé and I had a wonderful 2 night stay at V Palm Spring, March 13 - 15. The staff, from reception to Elixir (the pool bar) to housekeeping were wonderful. Bruce at Elixir deserves a special mention for his passion for mucilage ans terrific customer service. Try the Small Sombrero and Bloody Mary/Maria.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Room was very modern and clean. Lots of comfortable seating around pool.
Cons: Room was small. Listed bikes for loan weren't available.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Grounds and building could use updating.

Cons: Our bathtub leaked out in to the room and when we told the front desk they went and looked at it but did not dry the carpet or offer to move us to another room. There was no follow up and for the remainder of the stay we were walking on wet carpet.

Pros: Nice people. Very clean.
3,7 Mediocre
