Pros (+) Very nice accommodations
Cons (-) Replenish supplies of towels, no microwave, access codes to hot tub didn’t work, staff not accessible, no checkout especially couldn’t get App to work.

Pros (+) My Fiancé and I had a wonderful 2 night stay at V Palm Spring, March 13 - 15. The staff, from reception to Elixir (the pool bar) to housekeeping were wonderful. Bruce at Elixir deserves a special mention for his passion for mucilage ans terrific customer service. Try the Small Sombrero and Bloody Mary/Maria.

Pros (+) Beautiful modern room, USB ports, cement floor (no carpet), cushy bed with down comforter, cozy terry robes, private patio (a bit austere), central pool and fire pit. Comfy outdoor seating with a great view of the mountains. Interesting bar food, reasonably priced and e exulted adequately. Very friendly, accommodating staff.
Cons (-) Techno music piped loud til 10pm. No sign outside, hard to find in the daytime, there's a dogleg turn to make off the main road to get into the parking lot. A big V lights up at night, easier to see. Full restaurant isn't open yet. Watch out for extra resort fee on booking. Mine was all included in the kayak and getaroom rates, but I've seen other complaints.

Pros (+) The staff was excellent. Nice modern lobby. Upgraded older hotel.
Cons (-) I believe pets are allowed here. There was dog feces on the walkway but staff cleaned once they were made aware of it. There was also broken glass on the stairs. The parking was limited.

Pros (+) Location and facilities, price reduction promotion. Cute style for an old&small size room. Nice bathroom with direct outside light.
Cons (-) They have night lamps that are high and heavy given that is an earthquake zone that can topple and hurt the bed occupants. The large pool water temperature was a bit to chilly for December.

Pros (+) Main pool area, staff friendliness, bar by pool, good concept and should be a nice place once completed. Nostalgic.
Cons (-) Under construction, unorganized, trying to do too much all at once. Toilet and shower issues, had to move rooms, they did upgrade us for the hassle.
