Cons: Front desk people ignore you. They don't have any answers. Didn't clean room, even after asking it to be cleaned. Came in late in the evening and room key doesn't work. Office not open, so had to sit outside and wait. Found a number to call, then they had to send someone.

Cons: Our niece had a rain jacket and a pair of expensive sunglasses stolen out of her car. The car was in the garage but the door was open. The next day or so we had a Garmin stolen out of our car. It was in the garage with the garage door closed but obviously the car wasn't locked. I heard you may have had other issues from another guest.

Pros: We use to stay here under the prior ownership. Although overall a nice property it was very dated and worn out. Hilton has done s fantastic job with the upgrades throughout. Taking the bar area out of a room into the common area was brilliant. The previous area was always empty. Last night it was a nice lively crowd!

Cons: Resort did not meet our expectations. The overall cost is high considering what you get. There are better, more affordable options closer to Palm Springs. The pool water was dirty, water oily (from lots of sunscreen). The pool is not Olympic (50m) as advertised, this information should be rectified. No kids activities as advertised.

Cons: Brown water in the toilet when we arrived, tub clogged, shower knob broke off.Carpet had a used hair tie and crumbs. Dirty patio furniture,I expect a little dirty since its outside. But seemed no one cleaned it for months. The hot tub had garbage in it

Cons: Check in staff was apathetic. Let them know we were celebrating our 25th Anniversary. Couldn't care less. Tried to charge us double the online room rate. We have to show proof of online rate to get a better rate. Don't care that we were Hilton Honors.

Cons: When I pulled back the covers to go to bed there was hair and crumbs in my bed I didn't want to change rooms I was tired I put the covers back over the bed and I slept on top of the covers I did not get my 4:30 a.m. wake up call to catch my flight on time

Cons: A gigantic cockroach showed up at the stairs to our room. What's even worse? Another big one at kitchen sink lol. It was actually kinda fun seeing it stretching itself but that's a DOOM-Like picture to my friend. I took few napkins and took care of it but my friend will never get close to that part of the studio room we stayed yesterday.

Cons: Charges was made on my credit card after I check out. I have ask the front desk to make sure all charges is apply so I can pay in full. Because I made a payment on my credit card account then I realized there’s an extra $56 charged after I checked out
