Staff was very friendly, the facility was clean and valet was very convenient. Being so close to the mall was amazing!

Quality Inn & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport6/10 ratingout of 253 reviews · R76 avg price/ night
We stayed 3 nights. The room was dirty, permenant marker on the wall, shoe marks on the wall by the bed, hair in the shower, mildew in the entire bathroom. The hair dryer was melted. One night it smelled like pot in the hallway by our room, supposed to be smoke free. Garbage in the hallways that stayed there the entire trip. In 3 days we were never brought fresh towels or was our room checked on and beds made. Parking lot and outside of motel was a mess. Looks like property owner doesn’t care.
