There were some complaints about the rooms being too cold or too hot due to central heating system and the time of year.

Hotel staff and the facility were solid. The rooms are beat up with age. Worse the room cleaning staff are not being managed to ensure cleanliness. The breakfast service was excellent. Wooly’s restaurant was superb - both staff and food. Evening reception - we did not partake The pool was cloudy - tell me why it is being shocked in the middle of the day rather than over night.
Was not informed that a daily parking fee of 10.75 would be charged.
Pros (+) Great location. Nice having a made to order breakfast.
Cons (-) A couple of days housekeeping forgot about us. During the week there was renovation going on and it was very noisy. Not much one can do about that though.
Pros (+) The room was clean
Cons (-) There was construction going on inside the hotel so it was Noisy as Hel! And ear plugs didn't help with noise. It was hard to think and work and take a nap. I would not stay there again. I was also charged 25 dollars extra for checking in early.
Pros (+) The room was nice and the bed was comfortable
Cons (-) There was no mention of the hotel doing a serious remodel. This caused the entire entrance to become packed with people and the center of the building is one giant construction zone.
Pros (+) Loved the attitude of the staff. Loved the bright, open air court breakfast. Loved all of the real plants and marble and art deco!... Oh, and the bed slept very well!
Cons (-) Breakfast could have gone a later than 9:30. My Girlfriend is physically handicapped, and it was hard to get down there that early. Also, the bed was kind of high for her to get up on (room 515), and I think that some of your AHA door activators didn't work either.
Pros (+) Thanks for breakfast.
Cons (-) The place seems to be riding it's name sake. Attention to details and customer service is a thing of the past. The room was kinda dirty (obvious dust on unused furniture and mold in the shower), wall paper falling off the wall and ceiling, sheets warn through, WiFi not strong enough to reach the whole room, micro wave oven couldn't make pop corn, dirty plates left in the room and in the hall. Kitc...

Pros (+) This hotel has awesome homemade omelettes. Very nice suite rioms
Cons (-) Heat in room wasn't working & had to wait 4 hours (that never happened before) Pool area is so crazy busy that we never can use pool
Pros (+) Breakfast is really good. it is super close to the light rail. I enjoy how the rooms each have a living area separate from the bedroom.
Cons (-) The service in the bar/restaurant was horrible. We sat for an hour before we were asked what we wanted for drinks by someone who wasn't even our waitress. It took another 30 minutes to get an order in for dinner. We never saw our waitress until it was time to pay our bill. Also, We called down to the front desk asking for a plate and when the gentleman brought it up he was very rude saying it wasn...
