Staff was not attentive. Limited dinning area for team to gather. Pool was freezing cold. Had to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot. Rooms felt old.
Pros. Clean rooms
Cons. I was disappointed that the hotel shuttle was not operating. I selected this hotel because of the hotel shuttle and the proximity to the airport. I was told at the airport that the shuttle was not running at night but one would be available in the morning. When I checked in I was told shuttles were not available on weekends. I spent an extra $30 on lyft to commute
Pros. Breakfast was great
Cons. I would have given this an excellent as it had great beds, breakfast and easy access to the MOA and Light Rail but we were in room 210 which seems to be above the laundry room and there were a couple late loads put in. When I called about the load noise the machines were making it was offered that I could change rooms (1030-1100 at night) instead of just saying "Sorry, we will get them shut off for you"
Pros. The room was exactly what I wanted, breakfast was great, the shuttle was convenient to the mall, the staff was great. The location is easy to find and overall the hotel had everything I wanted.
Cons. The variety at the bar was lacking, for the price and you’d think it would be better. Additionally 24 hour ‘resturant’ Is a joke. Was told they didn’t have a cook by the manager so I couldn’t get anything, I’d think he would be able to step in and get that done to keep the ‘24 hour food option’ available to guests. This was also at 4pm with 4 people behind the check in counter. Also upset that the lack of hot tub isn’t just stated anywhere. This place may have a pool but no hot tub. And no microwave in the room, again for the money you’d think that would be available easily.
Pros. The bed was very comfortable and the layout of the room was on trend and up to date. The walls blocked sound from adjacent rooms well, but being 6th floor out of 6 wasn't the best idea with plane noise. At least while there the plane traffic was from 8am-8pm, ok for most but not ideal with a baby. Not a complaint, more of a heads up.
Cons. The pool temperature was waaaay too cold! Air temp in the pool area was great, but wish the pool were as warm. Lakes in MN are warmer right now!
Cons. We arrived and there was no room available although we had a "guarantee" room reservation we PAID IN FULL FOR. Hyatt did not find us another room and hotels.com was of no help either. STILL DONT HAVE MONEY BACK.
