When I showed up at the rental facility, they told me that they did not have a car available for several hours. I ended up having drive my persona vehicle to a work meeting because of an error on their side. There was no apology or even an offer for a discount on my next rental.10,0 Wonderful

I was actually renting a car from Avis and then investigated Enterprise. I was surprised to find out I could get a car with unlimited miles for 1/4 of the price! Also, Avis charges $10/gal to fill the tank if you bring it back not full. Enterprise charges $1/gal over the current rate.Cons:

They didnt accept my thomas cook travel card since I'm from India. So I had to put up my personal Indian Credit card and hence I have to pay forex charges additionally. Weirdest part is that they accepted insurance from my travel card and not the car booking. That's lame.4,4 Mediocre
