Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, clean and comfortable rooms. However, many reviews cited negative experiences with the breakfast, ranging from limited options to poor quality and hygiene concerns. Service was also frequently criticized, with reports of rude staff, unaddressed maintenance issues, and inconsistent experiences. Cleanliness and bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed. Overall, positives were mostly limited to location and occasional room comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) first appearances were good. After we stayed, my opinion definitely changed for the worse. Too expensive for the condition of the room.
Cons (-) The bed was broke down. The shower curtain rod was broken so it was falling out of the wall. Not the cleanest.
Pros (+) The room (King-Business) was very large. It was clean and comfortable. The closeness to Mall of America was a plus, 10 Minutes by car.
Cons (-) The breakfast was a bit lacking. Other than the usual waffle maker there was only white bread and a toaster for anything hot. There were 2 AC units because this was essentially a double room. The one on the the right was not cooling. Also the drains in the tub and lav were a bit slow. Both were brought to the attention of the front desk when we checked out.
Pros (+) I liked that the front desk guy was very nice.
Cons (-) I dislike that I did NOT get the room I paid for! And when switched rooms I still did NOT get it!
Pros (+) The price and customer service
