Pros: Hotel is in great location for site seeing and getting around Bath.Hotel room was very nice. Concierge and desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Buffet selection was impressive especially with the additional made to order options. The breakfast staff was so wonderful that they even served me when I mixed up the times and arrived late. They were very professional and friendly.
Cons: The walls were thin and I could hear everyone passing by in the hallway, but earplugs solved that issue.

Pros: The building and setting
Cons: Completely understaffed. Awful service from start to finish. Had to wait for check in, room service, queue for breakfast, wait for breakfast, queue for check out. The stay was just really bad and considering we had paid £260 for ONE NIGHT we were expecting a much better experience. Very disappointed

Cons: No walking space after sofa bed is set up. Breakfast selection is limited. Car park is small. A £5 fee to pay when parking at the overflow carpark. Main carpark is always full.

Pros: Location near attractions and green space, tasty breakfast In a nice room, pleasant staff, beautiful and clean room.
Cons: Loud drinkers on the street below windows makes in hard to sleep with windows open, but lack of air conditioning makes it impossible to close the windows. Wi-fi has limited functionality. No parking on site or nearby. Expensive.
