Room was really good. All staff were extremely polite and friendly.
Sheet and duvet could have been a bit bigger to fit the bed better.
tasteful and variated breakfast, cleanliness and cosiness of the room, helpful staff
parking quite expensive
Beautifuly decorated room and furniture, lots of freebies, lovely beds and bed linen. Breakfast was enjoyable with good ingredients we had the smoked salmon and full english, both very nice.
The Hill, we walked back on one day and the walk from the centre of bath to the hotel was up hill all the way. We were pleased with the 17000 steps we did though.
The Kitchen was NOT good. Dinner very poor -menu limited (Steak pie and peas -no potatoes why? no small interesting dishes) Breakfast -the uncooked menu -fine, but cooked :- cold scrambled powdwered ? eggs, over cooked sausages. Great staff but very disappointing restuarant -would not eat there again.

All the staff we met were friendly
