3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The breakfast was very nice and freshly cooked. The room was a good size with a comfortable king sized bed.
Cons: I couldn't work the key in the room door I had to get someone to open it, this happened every time I went out. The curtains on the windows were about 6 inches too short and therefore let in the light. The hot water worked in the sink but NOT for the shower, I let it run for about 10/15 mins but still no hot water.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Staff were great and willing to help in so many ways.
Cons: Nothing
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing, worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
Cons: The hotel was the dirtiest and dirtiest hotel I have stayed in my life. No hot water after 15 minutes, stains on all the walls, cracks in the ceiling, mould all over the bath and shower, no replenishing of stock on stay over day, just a simple wipe of the spoon with coffee marks still left (god knows what else they used that wipe for...toilet..etc), holes in the back of the bed board, creaky old windows that let all the road from main road inside, soiled carpets, hairs in bath and bedding, terrible in every single way!!!! The price as well is out of this world, for these facilities I wouldn't charge more than 25 a night. No lift either so had to break my back going up the oddest stairwell to the room.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable
Cons: It was very good

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Service with a smile, very good. Everything was clean, fresh and comfortable. Plentiful and well-cooked breakfast.
Cons: We were in a superior room and I would have expected an extra large bed, ie super king, for the premium rate. Our king size bed was too soft for my liking, especially at the edges!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed and a big room. The breakfast was nice although they weren't open to any changes to the set menu.
Cons: The shower in my room (Room 8) was terrible - no power whatsoever. This was the only downside to the stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well kept and tidy.
Cons: The shower was a bit variable on temperature and pressure
7,5 Good
Pros: Recent refurb, rooms clean and tidy Staff very helpful Even though i arrived late after restaurant closed they arranged a plate of cheese and biscuits for me Overall good stay Free wifi good as well.
Cons: Car park needs some work.. very messy Hotel Usually about £70 this week was £92 ... i thought expensive for the location and size of room , also no spa. The alarm clock went off at 4.30 am as someone had set for every day.. would have thought housekeeping would check this.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast And the restaurant is still amazing !
Cons: the room was a little cold despite the 2 heaters and the heaters themselves were noisy, i had to put them off during the night ... so in the morning it was really cold in the room

Pros: breakfast was good
Cons: earlier breakfast times
6,0 Good
Pros: The manageress is a lovely lady, had a very good reception. I appreciate she waited for me for a fairly late check-in time. The room was very clean, neat and tidy and the bathroom was very clean too. I had a very comfortable room. The only issue is that the room was close to a fairly busy main road and it was very noisy with passing traffic all night. I am a very light sleeper therefore was kept awake all night which did not help the fact I had a long work day ahead of me and needed to be feeling fresh and alert.
Cons: A room located in a less noisy area of the hotel would have been fantastic. Overall, everything else was good
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room and very friendly staff
1,0 Poor
Cons: We had booked 2 rooms and called Easington Guest House to cancel one room as my husband had a cough and thought it wise not to come due to Covid 19 We were told we could not get a refund, we asked if our friends another couple who were there for the same wedding anniversary could have the room as we had already paid for it and we were told No they could not...
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Room very compact but as we were only there for one night this wasn't a problem. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast excellent all in very good value for money.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A charming and beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. We couldn’t get the free Wi-fi in our room due to the very thick walls. Not a problem for us on our leisure trip. Would certainly go back.
Cons: Nothing. Apart from Wi-fi it was ideal for our overnight stay.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, room was ok, bathroom was fine and all clean. The village is lovely and worth a visit anyway.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Such a lovely place, highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Booked a double room. Had there Ben two of us in the room it would have been...cosy but, perfectly fine, you surely don’t book a hotel room to stay in all the time. On arrival the room was, quite frankly, overpoweringly hot but, turn the radiator off, open the window, close the bathroom door (heated towel rail and heated floor) soon got it cooled down. Good tv, good bed, good food, great price...would definitely stay there again...loved it.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great fire, great food, quick check in. No hassle
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable clean friendly breakfast was included in price which was amazing I would recommend it I will definitely come back again

Pros: The room I stayed in was ""Very"" clean and tastefully decorated, the dinning room and joining room was very well decorated for the period of the house. Pros: Rooms were beautiful. Bed very comfortable
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Stay here regularly, it's always great.
Cons: Only one person sorting breakfast in the morning and despite needing to rush out for a meeting we were waiting about 5 minutes for her to appear when we came down for breakfast, a further wait for a pot of tea and quite a long wait for the cooked breakfast (understandably, as it needed to be cooked) but all in all it left us about 5 minutes to eat and run out of the door. Would have been better if only one person to do all the breakfasts, if you ordered the night before.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The young guy behind the bar was AMAZING ! Good location Lovely bed and bed linen. Room nice and warm. Cooked breakfast delicious . But room we ate in was very very cramped and not laid out well. Not comfortable at all. It could be lovely with some thought.
Cons: Room noisy due to the kitchen extractor passing through the room. I did mention this and thought I would be offered another room but am sure they didn't have a spare room. The bathroom was grubby and not clean. The kettle was full of limescale. Dreadful orange cushion (enough to give me a headache) and awful chandelier in the room with a nasty bright bulb in it. Walls in need of touch up. Breakfast room cluttered and uncomfortable . Tables paid up in very basic way-bit like a motorway canteen-not luxurious for room rate of £130. Supper was not a good experience. Didn't like area we ate in. Food just passable-only just.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything and everyone was excellent
Cons: nothing
5,4 Okay
Pros: I loved the location, great for going to the restaurants. The staff were really friendly too.
Cons: The breakfast times weren’t early enough. The bedroom was noisy as above a public house. The parking was hit & miss as not many spaces. The bedroom looked a lot nicer in the photo than in reality, it could do with a freshen up Noisy uneven floorboards. Shower was actually in the bedroom so room was really steamy Extractor fan didn’t work Both woke up with bites all over us, assuming it was bed bugs. Bed was really hard

Pros: Breakfast was very good, the B & B lady was very nice, and the bedroom was clean and tidy. It's easy to walk to Banbury train station and is very near the town centre.
Cons: As I was on business trip, there was no desk for putting my laptop on for my work. I think for leisure travel, it's okay.

Pros: The room I stayed in was ""Very"" clean and tastefully decorated, the dinning room and joining room was very well decorated for the period of the house. Two nice fireplaces, loads of interesting things in the cabinets. The ""Breakfast"" was far above the standard one you normally get, ample tea to wash it down with.
Cons: Cannot think of anything I did not like
