Cons (-) Renovation work made accessing the front desk and the breakfast room less convenient. The lack of a microwave and refrigerator in my room was disappointing. I assume that it was related to the renovation as well.

Cons (-) my room was a conference room with overhead flourescent lights that they "transformed" into a bedroom; the battery in the fire alarm was low and beeped from 5:00 a.m. onward; the blow dryer was a fire hazard; my complaints to the front desk were ignored

Pros (+) Semi pro environment, room couches were extremely dirty but bed was acceptable. Under $90 a night with taxes average rate.
Cons (-) Ihop right next to it at walking distance. Bigger tv with hbo in king bed room.
