Cons (-) Staff was incompetent & we found blood stains on the sheets. Worst hotel ever, could not even get a refund for the night. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Pros (+) Overall, it was an okay experience and the staff was fine. In fact, the guy made sure I got credit on my Choice Privileges account.
Cons (-) Didn't have our reservation in their system. Not sure who was to blame - the property or booking.com or some Choice booking glitch. There was a slight resistance to putting us in a room that was an equivalent (or better, in this case) accommodation. They initially offered us a disabled room with one bed, which is not going to work with two men who think each other's hygiene habits are disgusting. ...
