The facility is beautiful with comfortable guest rooms and snooze adjust beds making your mattress meet your sleep needs. But the best part is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. Definately staying here on all my atlanta trips

Pros: This hotel is very well placed in central downtown Atlanta, I was able to walk to the World of Coca-Cola, cnn and the Centennial Olympic Park, as well as Phillips Arena and Georgia Dome. It is conveniently located to a marta station as well (as I had no luggage, I came straight from the airport). The room was very comfortable, there was a well-equipped gym room, and breakfast was awesome, with a chef that would cook eggs, pancakes, waffles etc at your request.

Pros: We stayed here twice in 1 week and requested a King with View room. The first time we got just that, and the skyline view from the international tower was beautiful! The room was quiet, modern, and the best part was all the electronics plugs offered on the nightstands! Great location to restaurants and the trolley. When we checked in, we were told we were "guests of the day" and were given a voucher for food/drink items at the hotel's market. As we checked out, I happened to speak to a nice gentleman at the front door and mentioned we would be back in a week's time because we were celebrating our anniversary in Aruba. He gave me his card and said he and his staff would ensure that we had a great time when we returned. When we returned, he had upgraded us to a King Suite on the 17th floor with a corner view and 3 balconies! It was the most amazing room I have ever stayed in at a hotel. THANK YOU!!! We also had a nice "snack" in the bar and I had am amazing kale salad. We are now huge fans and will be staying at this hotel whenever we can in the future.

I forgot to leave my keys in my car one night when we got in and they sent a security office named Erin to my room to get my keys and very polite. I told them I was so sorry he said no ma'am it's fine. Very friendly.

Pros: I had soooo many issues trying to book this room, as it was a sold out weekend. The folks at the reservations center were little help, but the staff who actually work at the Marquis were amazing!
They are responsive and helped be get the best pricing to avoid a costly weekend. I really appreciated all their support. The valet service is also extremely fast.

Pros: This was my third times staying here. It is always clean and the staff from the front desk to valet are all helpful and down to earth. It is close to everything I usually come to Atlanta for. It's within walking distance to the Georgia Dome for Falcons games, the aquarium, Coca Cola World and the Tabernacle that we see a lot of concerts at.

Pros: Every staff member made an effort to provide a little something extra. The valet retrieved a forgotten item from my car, the front desk sent a handwritten thank you note, and the bellman tended to every detail. In the restaurant, the server an hour after closing time to serve us and the chef came out to tell us more about the scrumptious dishes we were enjoying. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. The location couldn't be better... with a subway station across the street and short walk to Centennial Park. You can't beat The Ellis for great value. You won't find this much service in a hotel of this price anywhere else in Atlanta. We took as many photos of the hotel and staff as we did of our destination!

Our AC unit lost power at 11pm, they had it working by 11:30pm. ORDER A DRINK at the bar on the 73rd floor and then sit back and relax while the room rotates, giving you the best view of every part of the city. Worth the money.

Pros: I had recently registered for the Hilton Loyalty scheme. Check in guy was efficient and very welcoming, I was upgraded to an Executive Suite, free brakfast and evening snack buffet, etc. Was allocated a great room with great views.

Pros: Overall a great experience from the welcome at the front desk to check out. My room was very clean and supplies and towels were replenished daily. Even the maid greeted me with a warm smile and hello. The available snacks at the front desk were a welcome treat. The staff was very happy to answer questions and offer directions to restaurants and transportation.

Pros: Online at checkin I followed the prompts and requested a room with a view.
Wife and I stayed in town for a Fox Theater visit. The room we had was one of the latest round of renovations called live/work. It was average to small size acceptable of a downtown room. The room was extremely clean and and the furnishings were leisurely and new. There were about 6 USB plugs in the room which was convenient for gadgets.
I was obliged with a bellman to my room with my bags. He did full service including turning on all the lights and opening the blinds to the skyline view.
