This is not a typical Ritz-Carlton property and Marriott should probably change the brand of this location to something else. The hotel is located in the middle of Downtown Atlanta, and surrounded by homeless people and crime. The first night we were there someone was shot across the street from the hotel, but that’s a lot of Atlanta. The property is dated and while the rooms have been somewhat up...

Pros (+) The location was central and easily accessible.
Cons (-) The pillowcase had remnants of apparent eye makeup, there was no "smart" TV to access any streaming services, the room service food was average and overpriced for its quality.

Pros (+) Everything about the Ritz is perfect for a business or leisure stay. The service is always impeccable and the rooms luxurious. The beds are always comfortable and the atmosphere perfect. Enjoy staying at the Ritz and eagerly look forward to my next one!
