Pros (+) You can't beat the location. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Cute room layout. Free cookies, coffee/tea, and fruit-infused water at front desk. Good free breakfast. During breakfast, the manager even walked around to all the tables and asked how everyone's stay was. He was very personable, as was all the staff. Excellent customer service. Cons (-) The TV didn't work the morning of our checkout. Also, you have to pay for parking, but it's honesty not really a negative because you'd have to pay for parking anyway to do any downtown Atlanta activities.
