5,4 Okay
Pros: The price was good. But you get what you pay for.
Cons: The food was repetitive and the room was not the best shape showers and carpets are pretty disgusting. Also the laundry machine was dirty and stained all my whites and all they did was give me a free drink and another $2 to redo my laundry.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I like that it was spacious with a living room , didn't feel like a hotel room. It was like being in an apartment. With a small kitchenette and full sized refridgerator

Cons: No - everything was very nice.

Pros: Staff was very nice; and concerned for me when I was later than I had hoped to get there. He helped me get my luggage up a very steep and tall staircase. There was tea in the room and a fridge and microwave.

7,1 Good
Pros: The Staff was accommodating and friendly
Cons: The Bed was nearly awful. It was a handicapped accessible room. Although I do not require this accommodation, It was hard to imagine someone that would require them, being easy for a handicapped person. The sink had no counter, so no place to put the toiletries that was convenient. There was box shelving, but again IF someone had been wheelchair bound, there would be no way for them to reach the hairdryer. There would be no way they could shower, it was a tub. It was better than nothing, but that is not saying too much.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect for what I needed. I was unable to have breakfast.
Cons: There was not one thing I did not like about the facility. I was happy with my stay
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how clean it was and how nice and understanding the staff was
Cons: I did not like that i had to pay extra for the parking and for an extra person
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Really Great breakfast! They accommodated parking for my big suburban with the rocket box on top. Parking is an extra $20 per night per car which was a bummer. Staff was helpful and happy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Central location to the best areas of Long Beach
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet potatoes where the best... Yummmo
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds. Good workout room and ok breafast . Nice staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and nice staff
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The gals that checked us in were friendly and knowledgable. The breakfast was above what is a continental breakfast! Eggs, bacon, bagels, and the awesome BW waffle maker!!! The bed was not too soft, not too hard...it was just right. Glad to have the black out curtains. Good water pressure.
Cons: Had to pay extra for parking but heard that was the norm around here. I would have liked green tea at breakfast. The potatoes were not fried. The vent in the bathroom so loud, but maybe nothing can be done about that because it is structural.
7,5 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds, clean rooms, large room comfortable for a family of 4. AC worked great, close to several restaurants in walking distance. Safe neighborhood
Cons: Underground parking lot, and only one elevator caused long wait times as so many guests were trying to get to their rooms. Check in was 3:00 several guests were trying to check in and only one front desk clerk caused long wait time to get checked in. She asked for help, and who I assume was the manager told her he was busy putting breakfast supplies away, and left the room. Front desk clerk seemed a bit overwhelmed with so many guests waiting to check in.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Definitely location + cleanliness. The room was nothing special for its price.
Cons: Over $'--- for one night is steep, but it was last minute and the location was convenient

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the lounge area was awesome. Also the fire pits were an added bonus.

Cons: The hotel is definitely on the expensive side (as it seems to be the case everywhere in that area). I didn’t like that you have to pay extra for parking.

Pros: My husband ordered the bkft. burrito, he had to return it because it was served very cold, and another customer did the same, apparently, the waitress said their mini oven wasn't working right, so my husband changed his order to the same as what i ordered.
Cons: The day we got there, we couldnt sleep bcoz there was a loud banging downstairs, sounded like double doors flapping and that was in the afternoon while we were trying to nap, when we got back at night we also couldnt deny the fact that upstairs there was also lot of noise, sounded more like kids running around

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff are very accomodating and cheerful. There were lots of electrical outlets in the room, we were able to charge our phone and laptop on a timely manner.
Cons: Room smells wet rags. No labels on the juice that was prepared for breakfast, i suggested to put labels because we don't what the green and red juice are. No bacon served, no nuts too.

7,1 Good
Pros: Beds are comfortable.
Cons: Foods can be enhanced. Bathrooms need to be restored, it is old style.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so friendly and not in that I'm-this-way-for-work type of way. They all seem to take pride in what they do and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. I have sensitive skin and always need to get the sheets washed without bleach. I've gone through a range of experiences with this once I get to the hotel regardless of the how many stars they have. Sometimes they lie saying they've done it with me laying and getting an immediate allergic reaction. Here it went as smooth as butter. I usually don't expect much from free continental breakfasts, but was pleasantly surprised when I tasted the omelet and chicken sausages. Delicious. I wish I would have come down earlier so I could have had time to eat more. Even the pool had nice furniture. For the what it was, they were doing a great job at keep the place clean, inviting, and filled with great service.
Cons: The walls are super thin. When I was trying to go sleep, the couple's normal level conversation next door was coming through the wall as if amplified by a speaker. I also feel some of the chairs in the lobby could do with some reupholstering on the seats.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and fancy room, beds so comfortable and breakfast was a plus.
Cons: The front desk lady not was'n nice when we asked help in spanish.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was a bit pricier than i usually spend on a hotel due to the fact you are only there to sleep; i am so glad i spent the extra money. From the moment upon check in, the staff greets you, if you are rewards member you get to choose a complimentary snack, the hotel itself was spotless, the room was super clean, beds super cozy. Now the free breakfast, WOW! The options, the attention to detail for the continental breakfast is why i would come back. They had fresh squeezed juice smoothies, gourmet muffins, 4 waffles makers so you didn’t have to wait forever, amazing!
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was kind and gentle and very helpful when needed Breakfast had good options Rooms were tidy clean Parking was good and very close to the entrances The hotel is close to many useful places: Target, Ross, Restaurants

Pros: The property itself was fine.
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that we have to pay for parking on property. That is the first I’ve heard of such thing. Also, there was a charge on my bill for use of restaurant. We didn’t even use the restaurant services and even if anyone does; Why would you charge extra when people are paying to use it? That doesn’t make sense.

Pros: Great views! Nice room, comfortable bed, and very clean,
Cons: All of the plastic and non reusable or recyclable dishes and silverware at the breakfast buffet. Why don’t you use real dishes and wash them? It is awful how much waste is created at hotel breakfasts. Why don’t you be a leader and change the course on this?

Pros: It was very clean, staff was friendly and it was comfortable.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I like that breakfast was included during our stay.
Cons: I think a sign should be put up to inform guest that breakfast times vary on weekends we came down to have breakfast on Sunday at 8:00-9:00AM, and was informed breakfast was over this was an inconvenience as we had to go straight to an event.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Grear location.I've stayed here prior, and would stay again. Thank you guys.
Cons: Took awhile to order drinks at the bar.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: The location
Cons: I had to ask for the room i originally booked and paid for 3 different times for starters... And then there was a false fire alarm prank pulled not once but twice... I am 7 months pregnant and running down 4 flights of stairs is very difficult... Twice was painful.

Pros: It was very quiet, clean and lots of free parking. Easy yo find. Very welcoming and personsl - I received a welcome message the day before arrival. On the TV screen it said welcome and my name.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was big, plenty of free parking.
Cons: WiFi was very slow and hallway carpets were very dirty.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Very nice hotel, really clean & in very good area.
Cons: The staff charges your card for literally EVERYTHING. I had one for a smoke smell, I told them I didn't smoke, they came into the room and stated they must've gotten it confused with another room. They help an additional $200 three separate times
6,3 Good
Pros: The location was great. Right on a major road and near restaurants and stores (Target). The staff was nice and very helpful. Parking was easy. The breakfast was very good and I would recommend
Cons: The room was dark and crowded, mostly because of the design on the room - there is no window in the living room of the suite and only one room lamp (very dimly lit) and one desk lamp. The sofa bed was small and very uncomfortable. The room and hotel furnishings were dated. I think the room was pretty clean but it was too dark to be able to confirm.

Pros: I booked the room for my 93 y/o mother, Dolores Jacinto. She LOVED her stay, the room, the morning continental breakfast, especially the wine tasting! Norman and Tracy were so kind and solicitous of her safety and comfort. I mentioned that my mom is VERY hard of hearing, and I asked if there was an emergency, would one of the staff check on my mom, and help her out. No problem, Norman added a note to her registration to be sure someone check her room if an emergency. Tracy actually waited for my mom at the door one evening when my mom was out, so that she wouldn’t have to fumble with her card key outside, at 9:30, past closing. I will unhesitatingly recommend this establishment to anyone. And if my mom approved it, that’s good enough for me. The entire staff is excellent. Kudos to Norman and Tracy, they are gems.
Cons: My mom and I have no, nada, zero dislikes. We loved everything,
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Location was very near all the action of Downtown Long Beach.
Cons: The walls and ceiling/floor were very thin. I could easily hear people walking in the hallways, the conversation in the adjoining rooms, and the footsteps of the person roomed above me. Some not so ideal characters near the hotel.
6,7 Good
Pros: staff particularly Norman, were welcoming and nice; happy hour had some appeal, provided some cheer and a chance to 'mingle' with fellow guests
Cons: Our room was 'squishy', with bed against wall, just a double and uncomfortable, really there was very limited space within the room, no fridge which wasn't great given the hot weather' breakfast very minimal, with no tables, just one 'community' bench for all really disappointing all up, happy hour was ok, provided some cheers hotel was built in the 1930s and is quite historical, this had some appeal, but really its comfort level was below par, I am sorry to say
6,7 Good
Pros: Location is good.
Cons: It's an old building with old building smells...it takes a lot of airfeshner to hide old building smell; they try.
6,7 Good
Pros: My room had two windows. The AC worked
Cons: Pillows a bit flat. Mattress a bit tired. A few hooks for hanging things would’ve come in handy

Cons: The rooms are ridiculously small. Don’t have claustrophobia but felt claustrophobic.
5,4 Okay
Pros: It was overall disappointing
Cons: The room was too small, the bathroom too small, the bed was too small, the stairs were unnerving.....
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and modern.
Cons: Very, very tiny room.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Extremely clean hotel, incredibly friendly staff, comfortable beds. Small bathroom - but very clean. The large mirrors in the rooms make it easy to put on make-up and get ready overall.
Cons: Sink was a bit small, but all else was great.
7,5 Good
Pros: It was quaint and cool. Liked the historical yet artistic vibe. Great location. The staff was excellent.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and easy to anything Long Beach ska LBZz
Cons: Maybe more snacks in the later afternoon and or pre- dinner time
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Just the right amount of healthy choices. Oatmeal, orange juice, milk, fresh fruit. All anyone needs for a breakfast that will be immediately filled when one leaves the room!
Cons: An elevator and a bathtub. My partner just had cancer surgery 4 months ago and I am still recuperating from a failed back surgery. Showers are impossible for me

Pros: It was nice and clean. The staff was great.
Cons: Nothing I loved it.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Convenient location is about it.
Cons: The beds were SO bad. Old, uncomfortable, not many pillows. Duvets were dingy and looked like the hadn’t been cleaned. The shower did not work well—hot Ware was sporadic. The carpets throughout the hotel were SO dirty. Looked as if they were rarely cleaned and never vacuumed. The AC system was awful. It did not remove the humidity from the air even when set on the lowest temp/highest fan setting. The room smelled like old damp socks. It wasn’t pleasant.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the LB airport with a shuttle running every 15 min or so.
Cons: No.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The pools were awesome and room services can be worked on but overall the food was good.
Cons: The receptionist wasent accurate with her info.
5,7 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast and staff
Cons: Make the lobby temp warmer. It was freezing and not comfortable. Hallway rugs are worn and need replacing. Looks like some upgrades are being done. Had to get another room because light fixture in room had an incessant buzz.
7,1 Good
Pros: You should not be charging fo the internet for non Marriott members when your tariff is as high as it is. Most hotels do not charge for it these days and it annoys me to have to pay for it. I suggest you revise this aspect but apart from that it was good.
Cons: The internet charge as above.

4,2 Okay
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: The room looked nice but towels given were used. They had some yellow clumps on it which made me wonder if the bed sheets were clean or not. Also very small pool. No space for us to get in. This hotel also charges $10 per day for parking which they didn't mention that it was for every day we stayed so i was charged $40 Sat 12:00 am -Sun 12:00 pm which it doesn't make sense why they charge $40. And parking was so full we had to park very farm from our room. The location seemed nice but we woke up with a flat tired both days we stayed in! Seemed like someone did it on purpose. Either way, I'm never going back to this place again. Seems fishy to me

Cons: I received a message from the BonVoy app at 10am in the morning saying my room was ready. When I arrived at 1pm, the front desk staff told me my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait a few hours. Ridiculous! They weren't even apologetic. I was told I'd receive a text message when the room was ready. At 5pm, I still hadn't received a text message but returned to the hotel to demand a room be assigned to me. I was told that the room had been ready for a while (?!?!). When I told them I didn't get a text message and reminded them that I had effectively waited seven hours for my room to be readied, they were again unapologetic and merely assigned me a room.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Parking machine wanted to charge me everytime I go outside of the parking garage so I had to reverse and walk all the way to the front desk to tell them and ask for a ticket to get out. Good thing no one was behind me in the parking garage because that wouldve caused a big scene! This happened twice a day evertime i leave the parking garage.
