Pros: Car was fine
Cons: Extremely expensive. One person working the counter is unacceptable. Waited 30 min or more. That is way to long. The rate was 3x any other Alamo. Will use another agency next time.

Pros: Nothing, I had a confirmation for pick up and then I get there and they did not have any cars available and would not have for days.
Cons: Alamo did nothing to help I just got stuck at the airport at 10PM with not ride

Flight late
Pros: Clean nice rental
Cons: They didn’t hold my vehicle even though I called corporate office to say I’d be late. But they eventually came up with a 4wd.

Pros: Never took the car. Way over the price of competitors once I got there. Canceled and booked in person. Misleading and costly oh and may I add a waste of time.

Nice car!
Pros: Roomy, clean met our needs. Comfortable. Good gps - easy to use. Good air conditioning. Seating was nice. Easy access at pick up and drop off airport (on site - no shuttle required).
Cons: Long line atpick up airport. Unfriendly staff at pickup airport. Extra fee for additional driver.

Cons: So I lost my keys for the car. I used the 24 roadside assistance 10 and a half hours later my car was finally towed . This was after 8 calls. Follow-up finally I was towed to an agency that was closed for 4 1/2 hrs. After 12 hours I finally got a replacement car. Very very very disappointed in their service.

Cons: My flight came in at 10 they said they had no cars available. I left my info with them and asked when they would be done they said for sure by noon. I got back to the airport at 1;00 and still ended up waiting another half an hour.
