Pickup in Missoula was long and arduous, long line, only one staff at a time. Vehicle was brand new, no instructions on various features, we had to ask a customer in the lot how to get in and start it! Poor choice of assignment for elderly renters, too many 'whistles and bells', hard to climb into and out of. Drop+off at Belgrade/Gallatin was quick and easy.Reviewed Oct 4 2023

Pros:Friendly staff and very quick rental experienceCons:Had a tiny bit of difficulty comparing the trunk size between a mid and full size. It worked out in the end, but it was a master Tetris experience!Reviewed Mar 19 2021

Pros:The customer service staff on the phone were nice enough, but the entire experience was terrible.Cons:Actually getting a rental car would have made it infinitely better. The Kayak site showed numerous cars available, I booked one, and then was told there were no cars and nobody knew why I had been able to book one. I was stuck in Missoula until a friend saved me, which gave me plenty of time to think about why I shouldn’t use 3rd Party booking sites.Reviewed Aug 22 2020
