Pros: Unsympathetic, imcompetent, lazy and overall just reluctant to do ANYTHING

Pros: Crew is was good. I did experienced something I have NEVER experienced before. While people were STILL trying to get to their seats the pilot pulled from the gate. I was extremely surprised that such action was done. Everyone should be seated before plane pulls from the gate.

Cons: FlySafair forced me to pay for my second bag - even though my ticket was clearly marked "2 bags" all the way to Cape Town. Totally disgusted with this airline, not honoring the ticket. And they way they treated me about it makes me never want to fly with them again. Warning: Seats don't recline!!!

Pros: Crew was the friendliest I have met in a long time.

Cons: Connecting in London too stressful and difficult. I came from Catania enroute to JFK and practically killed myself in Gatwick getting from one flight to another. 2 hours not enough to go through this airport, with its stairs, the "mall," lack of info about what to do, passport & sec check again.

Cons: We were delayed for an hour in London and then immigration and customs in Chicago were awful

Pros: Very enthusiastic and pleasant crew who worked hard to provide a meal and drinks to all Business Class passengers on this short 33-minute flight.

Cons: I was booked on an SAA flight, did not know it was MANGO flight. At JHB airport, my SAA flight was not listed, nor was there any indication that it was actually on a MANGO flight. A helpful airport information person found the flight and agreed it was not visible anywhere.

Pros: The flight attendant in our long flight, London to Hoiston, was extremely nice and took very good care of our section. The seats were not all that comfortable: you could feel there was minimal padding on mine and my partner's neck rest wouldn't stay up.

Cons: We were shocked to learn there were no outlets on the long flight from London to Houston. Luckily we had a power bank, otherwise our phones would've been dead.

Had a friend who was off duty come to the front where they were working. She couldn't stop chatting. Also ,these ladies are a bit overweight ( some of them standards
