It was a great experience , it was quick and on time

this route is more expensive than you would expect. Boarding, disembarking was easy and fast. Cabin crew was friendly. Seats are small

The meal was excellent and well suited to a short journey.

Original flight was delayed due to technical issue. Very poor communication. The manager only appeared when we were climbing on board the plane.This resulted in us missing our follow on flight also with Airlink. No ticket issued from Skukuza and no assistance when we landed to address the issue. We had to make our own arrangements and go to their sales desk. Again they had no knowledge of the flight delay and of any passengers that had connecting flights. The lady (unfortunately with all the STRESS I have forgotten her name) at the counter was extremely helpful and is an excellent example of the type of employee Airlink need to promote and employ. Our luggage was in limbo due to all the missing information and assistance. We had to resort to buying extra tickets from South African Airways who were extremely helpful. I work at an airport so am familiar with its workings. I will infuture be looking for alternative flights.

Easy boarding, smooth flight, friendly and helpful attendants. As with every other airline, there isn't enough leg room to be comfortable. Food was adequate.

Easy short flight from Johannesburg to Harare. Boarding was slow, flight attendants were friendly. They did a meal service on this short flight, including wine, which was pretty cool.

Flight was moved forward by 2 hours with 3 days notice. This meant I could not connect from flight from Johannesburg. So did not take the flight and drove to Kasane. Will never use Air Botswana unless absolutely necessary. Mark

There was no entertainment, but that is not expected on a flight less than 2 1/2 hours. Uber clean aircraft, good boxed meal and friendly flight attendants. Very please with the experience

Very good experience considering that is low cost company. Good value for money.

Make some provisions for non-disabled elderly people who don't require assistance necessarily but would appreciate not having to walks long distances or stand for prolonged periods of time. For example: Seats close to boarding gates. Not being required to climb down and up stairs to board and deplane if in rows 17 upwards. Not being required to stand in long queues in boarding tunnels waiting to board. Priority fast track through security points to avoid long queues in departure halls.

Great airline. Will use again. Keep up the great work though and maintain your customer retention. And please keep an eye on the bottom line and stay in business for decades to come and grow from strength to strength.

For the first time ever we had a grumpy check in agent. I got told off for not having a lock on my bag and she looked seriously put out that we were checking in as a group of 7. Very unusual as I fly regularly with Safair and all the staff have always been super friendly.

Free or minimal cost water available in recyclable cups on board would be very welcome! Everything else was great!

Seats are small. But I guess that will not change on my behalf. Otherwise their service is great.

Loved our Cabin Crew you could tell they enjoyed there job. The Chief Stuart was a delight. What a great way to start our day with such a positive company.

The flight SA227 on 2nd March Sao Paulo to Cape Town was delayed by 3 hours. All other flights leaving Sao Paulo left on time. We were told that we were waiting for push back and a routing from Air traffic control. I don't believe this, what was the real reason for the flight delay?

I think more immigration officers at Or Tambo- I spent 90 mins in a queue before I can assisted and most people missed their appointments and meetings

Not sure it was a basic airline so nothing much to like but what was annoying was they delayed so much we missed our connecting flight and we had to almost fight to be out on the next flight and also even get food

First row in business class is terrible - no storage space with video screen folded down between seats. Entertainment system didn't show flight info...

At the last minute as I boarded the airplane they made me check my carry on bag. When I arrived my Apple Watch, sunglasses, and medications had been stolen. I find this absolutely unacceptable. I will never fly with SAA again.

They made us deliberate waste time by holding our passports and boarding passes making us miss the flight

It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.

Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

My seat that I booked over a year ago and some other passenger was sitting in it. They said they could not walk and they would not move. I was with my young kid and the crew did nothing to accommodate that. Just disappointed that the airline accepts that excuse from a passenger.

Transit , Too long for terminal change, for a moment I thought Qatar airlines going to Los Angeles by bus. Please make transit convenient and quick.

You're like a poor man's Emirates Airlines. The Asian vegetarian food was awful. The entertainment selection was very limited and not contemporary at all. The seats were cramped. There was no plug for charging my phone (I refuse to plug into a USB port - A security risk). The plane itself was aged.

Qatar is the worst airline experience I had in a long time traveling business class, I believe the hype is all paid for by bloggers.

Check-in staff were not very pleasing and sounded to be rude, even though I hold a platinum membership. The aircraft is brand new and good. As it's a short flight no other comments.

I sat in the last row of seats. On an 8 hour flight they allowed folks to stand and talk and drink in the back area near the toilets the whole time. They were at times loud and in the way. It was a little annoying. The crew on this trip were pretty mediocre and the plane was littered with trash when we disembarked.

Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . When we finally took off it was evident that we had missed out connection and tbough BA rebooked us on a later flight it caused us to miss an orientation meeting and dinner in Geneva. Once in the second flt from gatwick to Geneva we again were delayed( again sitting in the plane )for an hour after boarding waiting for apparently an air traffic problem to resolve. Another annoyance was paying seat fees twice to upgrade our seats towards the front of the plane to ensure overhead cabin space and were told at the gate they are boarding from the rear! This should be stated when making reservations!! On the first flight from Jfk there was a sick person on board snd they asked for assistance. For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this. Some of the crew weren't really nice. The seats were uncomfortable. Absolutely no entertainment system at all. The pilot was good though and completed the trip in a shorter time than expected which was great for me.

I didn’t take the flight cause it was cancelled and i don’t recommend the american airlines to anyone as their solution was to book a hotel for me which was old one and not so good and they not sure also they can get me on a flight the next day which is so horrible

the headphone jack was damaged making it impossible to keep a clear sound. while it is beyond the airline's control how many children are on each flight, it becomes very difficult to enjoy the flight when there are 5 or 6 children all crying and screaming at the same time. I know there is no good solution at the industry level, but I think there are good reasons to try to develop some solutions rather than just say it is the luck of the draw. maybe you could show a seating map where children who are booked are a different color, that would allow us to know what to expect and possibly rebook to a different seat or take a different flight. maybe some of the covid-related ideas about redesigning the cabin for more privacy and hygiene could be further developed and tested. on my leg from London to Washington DC, the passenger next to us was coughing consistently for long periods of time. it was obvious she had been ill and knew it before boarding. this leads me to think we should consider additional screening measures because some of the public is no longer acting responsible or ethical in regards to covid and health protocols. just answering questions on a check-in survey does not seem sufficient to convince people to not fly when they are ill and symptomatic.
