The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.

They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.

I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology

Forty five minutes late for departure. Staff were pleasant. Food was adequate but not outstanding. Entertainment system was very good, as it usually is on Air France.

Good. Food items are ok but not really healthy (no protein for the vegetarian option, just a total of 2 gr total) so not fulfilling. Also, no airline is educating passengers to behave and have common sense: let the one sitting by the window pass first, leave toilets clean after use, etc. Humanity is just getting rude and more disgusting by the day and without education or enforced common sense no

My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Business and economy lines were common for most of the journey including check in and security control in Addis Abbeba. Food choice was fine, however there was a hair in my rice

Customer service and the food was great. If the announcements in English could be said slower for the customer to understand what is being said. Due to ascent, it is difficult to understand. repaeting would help.

Again, entertainment system didn't work. 50% of aircraft don't seem to have a functional entertainment system and the crew is absolutely uninterested in fixing. They just say Addis needs to fix it. Well, Addis had better get off it's butt and fix their aircraft.

Bathrooms were absolutely atrocious. Absolutely third world. Unusable. From non-flushing toilets to poor maintenance - missing toilet paper, dirty with mess, etc. Horrifying. Does Ethiopian Airways expect customers to clean the bathroom before use. For sure inconsiderate passengers don't do anything to clear/clean after use.

It might have nothing to do with the airline but the only problem was the long waiting for baggage claim at Entebbe

My entertainment screen wasn't working and they couldn't fix it.

I was a good, but long trip. The airline did a good job. I would use them again.

The gate was changed at the very last moment and no one informed us. The flight was one hour late and the screen broken, the remote control not working. One toilet was out of order . the other toilets were also not totally functioning, because the washbasin was plugged and the water couldn't flow away.

The food could be better, the beef was quite tough. The crew were friendly and helpful on this flight, which has not being my experience on other Ethiopian flights.

Poor. Flight was late. We were locked inside the gate area with no way to leave to get some food or a decent meal. No seating. No information from Lufthansa all along. Very bad

They canceled our flight last minute and we had to get another flight with twice the cost

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!

The seats are much too narrow and the arm rests are hard and awkwardly high, resulting in shoulder cramps. I am an average sized person ( definitely not overweight). The seats are a similar size to car seats with the added discomfort of incorporating hard plastic arm rests, that force average height individuals (I'm 5 ft 7 (f)) to hold their arms uncomfortably for several hours. The seats are much too close to the ones in front and behind making it extremely difficult to allow fellow passengers to get out, especially when the seat in front is declined. The leg room also necessitates knees banging into passengers backs for the entire flight. This used to be a quality airline who now offer mediocre service for premium cost, coupled with charging exorbitant prices for basic needs, like a seat, or luggage. Blatant and unabashed gouging of clients.

Efficient boarding. Good flight but seats were quite uncomfortable considering we'd already been sitting on two flights, total 13 hours or so. Would have liked to have prices on the menu of amenities on the plane. We could have used more water. Restrooms and nonalcoholic beverages at no extra cost, not much else. I realize these were discount tickets, and the airline has to break even, so I can't say we were expecting amenities to be plentiful. Still, it's nice with long flights to discover a few. Very pleasant crew though.

Everything could be better. The plain was in Orlando for 3 hours prior to boarding. After boarding all the passengers they found out that plane has a mechanical problem. After an hour the problem was solved, the pilot comes on and states, (We have to go back to the gate and take on more fuel!) Are you kidding me???? Who they have for pilots, Boy scouts?? I barely made my connecting flight to Vienna, but my suitcase did not. I'm still waiting for it, in Gyor, Hungary. Am I having fun yet?? Other passenger were in the same binned. I travelled all over the world both for business and pleasure with all types of airlines. By far of all the carriers I travelled with, Discover is the worst. I'm contemplating to bight the bullet and go back to the US with a different carrier. For International flights, the seats are made for little people. The person in front of me had his seat reclined the whole way, I felt like he was sitting in my lap. For closing, I would not let my dog travel with Discover, yet alone recommend it to an other person. Does it sound like I'm frustrated, Think about having to travel back to the US with them. I'm sure I'll not hear back from you, because nobody wants to hear about bad news, but with all the hype Discover puts out there about their services, nothing could be further from the truth. boarding needs to be streamlined load the back of the plane first

Touchscreens do not work. WiFi did not work. Food is possibly the worst on any European airline. Drinks came by only four times on a cross-Atlantic. The plane was two hours late because—it was announced—Lufthansa didn't have enough large aircraft in their fleet to accommodate an on-time flight.

Nothing can I say I liked. Food was horrible. Entertainment system didn't work. Crew's attitude was bad. They all were Chinese and wanted to speak Chinese. Baggage missed my connection at Frankfurt even though it was more than 60 minutes for my connection. It came in the next flight of 3 hours later at 16.15 Portugal time but they said they will deliver to me next day. I requested them that I had to go to a dinner meeting so needed clothes and there were medical documents in the bag which I needed for my Doctors appointment on the next day morning. But all no use. Then I had to take taxi, go to airport at 9PM and collect my bags myself and brought bags to my hotel. Will avoid Lufthansa at any cost and same I will suggest to everybodyelse.

I liked nothing, my connection was missed after a 6hr delay, 3 of those hours were spent trapped on the tarmac going nowhere. They rebooked me with a different airline for the next day but never confirmed my seat, so I had to wait another entire day… after walking around an airport for the whole first day waiting for the front desk to open to get my ticket. A 19hr trip turned into an 80+hr trip. Of course, British airways has no actual customer complaint phone line, so I have heard nothing at all from the airline. Oh, and they lost my bag. This trip cost an additional $3000, several days of missed free time, and some agonizing discomfort from so much wandering around airports and venice trying to find replacement clothing. This sucked.

we departed 5 hours late. Instead of 10pm it was after 2AM and the business lounge thew us out at 1AM and everyone was standing around the boarding gates. When we did board, the crew was nice, served dinner and then was not to be seen again until we landed. No breakfast (which is not great for diabetes)

Taking off and landing were smooth. I didn't have anything to complain about.

There's no inflight entertainment, plane was old, power USB didn't work

In economy and food was ok, but with limited leg space (and I was in a 2 seat configuration) it was difficult to eat with a tiny seat tray. I spilt wine on my trousers. First time on British Air (I usually fly Turkish Air) and in a 777. Heathrow was pleasant but changing terminals awkward.

The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

The boarding process was a disaster. No one respects the boarding groups—tired old aeroplane. There are no sockets to charge phones. The cushion seats are ancient and hurts back and gluts

Check in process was unfamiliar. While receiving assistance the employees supervisor berated him for not walking the area. Lucky for us, he ignored her and helped us check in. Did not know about the baggage fees with economy basic and spent 450 GBP (nearly$600) just on bags for a total of less than 2 hours flying time (50 minutes one way) on a round trip lasting less than 3 days. Astronomically high price for bags. Our first experience flying British Airways and very disappointed. Completely overpriced for the service we received.

Everything was fine except my screen wasn’t working and I was unable to watch any movies or TV. Staff tried 3 times to reboot it, without success.
