Absolutely no leg room for 5 hours. Eating the meal (which wasn’t bad) with a plastic knife and fork and no room was nigh impossible - especially trying to cut up meat and vegetables. I had my steward light switched on for almost an hour and none of the crew ever came to see what I wanted. Two toilets for the whole of Economy - approximate 165 people I think.

Pros: "The flight itself,when it occurred, was fine. The original flight was cancelled. Checking into the airport hotel was chaotic and time consuming. We got 5 hours sleep. Check in was also chaotic. The flight was okay but half the plane’s luggage was left behind."
