Though I booked it from a third party I belive QA is at least responsible for making sure that the vendors let the user know that there will be NO accommodation provided. Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. Rudeness is a turn off passengers who are tired"

The crew was very friendly. The check-in to boarding process was onerous and unclear. I understand that part of the process is not the airline's responsibility but they can lobby to streamline the process

He also apologized on behalf of the crew for our delay and communicated that it was because the aircraft arrived late from the previous flight. I appreciated that clarification."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed by 3:15 hours, and our gate wasn't listed on the monitors. Our gate location changed twice, and the only way I found out was by asking the "Kenya Airways Guest Services desk" twice. The overhead announcement of the gate change happened 15 minutes after the boarding time listed"

The staff in all airports we rude (one swore at me!) they charged us obsense amounts for luggage we were under weight with all in all an awful experience. NEVER fly kenyan"
Absolutely no leg room for 5 hours. Eating the meal (which wasn’t bad) with a plastic knife and fork and no room was nigh impossible - especially trying to cut up meat and vegetables. I had my steward light switched on for almost an hour and none of the crew ever came to see what I wanted. Two toilets for the whole of Economy - approximate 165 people I think.
