The food was terrible The flight attendance was sloppy and late with everything!! Never again
Seat electronics kept failing (as in absolutely nothing worked) - crew re-set it multiple, but didn’t move me until finally three quarters of the way into the flight - abysmal. Entertainment options are plentiful, but a number of expected movies were missing (did an SQ flight 3 days later and expected titles were on SQ) - does Qatar sensor what they show?
We encountered a glitch when we tried to board the flight because our boarding passes had been printed by Qatar Airways in Jakarta. Those were not recognized by Alaska’s system also we had to step out of line and have new boarding passes printed.
Plane was clean, bathrooms were clean. Staff were very polite. Coming from Air India it was a welcome change.

Cons: "Ethipian Airlines overbooked my return flight and did not offer me an alternate return flight so I could return on my designated date. They instructed me to come back the following date to fly. I was not compensated nor offered at the very least an apology. The ticketing staff was unprofessional and attempted to blame me for not flying. Do not fly Ethiopian Airlines out of Accra ever!!!"

Cons: "Every single flight (4 total) took off late and even caused us to miss a connection. On the way to Madrid from Entebbe, my luggage was mislabeled and sent to London and now is completely lost. It has been two days of a trip of having no clothes, shoes, or toiletries other than what I had on my person. And I have yet to hear from anyone with Ethiopian Airlines, only representatives from Madrid airport."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by nearly 4 hours due to a cargo loading issue in Mombasa. Communication from Ethiopian Airlines staff regarding the issue & delay was very poor. Passengers were becoming very anxious and tense regarding the flight, if it would depart, and the safety of the plane. Improved communication from the Ethiopian Airline staff would have gone a long way to calming the situation and reassuring passengers."
Pros: "Champagne; boarding via SATS business class was smooth but I doubt Ethiopian has much responsibility or this."
Cons: "The rest: even mediocre fast food would have been better. The starter was some chewy rosebeef, the main where soggy chicken nuggets. The butter served was rancid! Gross. Also big difference between the older and newest 787! This was the older☹️. Ground crew unhelpful."

The flight attendants on this flight were incredible! One even gave me her own dinner when my special meal order wasn’t transferred due to a flight delay! She insisted and I was so grateful. That is going above and beyond! The issue I had with the flight was with Lufthansa support. I missed my connection due to a flight delay and they wouldn’t rebook online, only in person. This took a lot of time and visits to the airport waiting for a Lufthansa agent to arrive 5 hours later than posted and almost paying full-fare price for the new flights and refusal to add my special meal orders. It made for a challenging journey home and I didn’t feel valued as a customer.

Absolutely no leg room for 5 hours. Eating the meal (which wasn’t bad) with a plastic knife and fork and no room was nigh impossible - especially trying to cut up meat and vegetables. I had my steward light switched on for almost an hour and none of the crew ever came to see what I wanted. Two toilets for the whole of Economy - approximate 165 people I think.

Pros: "The flight itself,when it occurred, was fine. The original flight was cancelled. Checking into the airport hotel was chaotic and time consuming. We got 5 hours sleep. Check in was also chaotic. The flight was okay but half the plane’s luggage was left behind."
