Flight delayed for 2 hours due to a part. The plane sat waiting for boarding for a long time and during final preflight inspection the issue was found. Why not do the preflight inspection sooner if you know the plane is being used?

Flight delayed for 2 hours due to a part. The plane sat waiting for boarding for a long time and during final preflight inspection the issue was found. Why not do the preflight inspection sooner if you know the plane is being used?

Boarding was friendly and quick. While the plane model was older with no live tv, the entertainment was full of movies and tv shows. All food was available. Pilots were very communicative with status of the flight. Flight landed on time.

Amazing comfortable chairs great snacks super friendly staff pilots did excellent job. Smooth sailing all the way. Definitely be flying United more.

On time - really well operated flight. Friendly staff. Super impressed with United on this round trip.

The food was bad . I didn’t like it . And also my baggage was lost in my first stop

Food choice was poor and we had to buy on board snacks.

Flight attendant was sincerely mean -- a true disgrace to an otherwise pretty crummy company anyway. Really embarrassing. I actually feel bad for United.

Less packaged foods in between meals Appreciated fruits cheese platters ice cream

Seat 14K (business class) had no cushion / would not inflate. It was like sitting on a stone bench the whole flight. Sleeping was impossible.

Flight was canceled and United offered zero assistance. Left many of us in an unsafe situation
