Disappointing experience
Pros: Service desk was ok.
Cons: Car was not clean. Rubbish from previous client was still in the car.
Motor made strange noise going uphill.
Car was very old.

Didn't say clearly about 1000 usd deposit!
Pros: Wow! That should be clearly stated and in bold print! Who rents a car with a 1000 usd deposit for 2 days??!
Cons: Really deceptive advertising on the part of budget rentacar and kayak! I am really unhappy with this and will probably never use kayak again. I always use kayak and now won't.
