Pros: "Singapore Airlines has everything worked out for you before you land. That's a great help. The stewardesses were just phenomenal and endlessly polite. I will definitely use them again."
Cons: "As much as I normally nitpick something, I literally have no criticism at all of Singapore Airlines. Everything they did was a step above everyone else."
Pros: "The boarding process was easy and straightforward, the seats were comfortable and had individual entertainment screens, the crew was very polite and helpful. For meals, everyone was given a printed menu at the start of the flight so that meal options could be easily made."
Cons: "My only complaint is that I would have liked to see more frequent offers for water refills during the flight, since water cups are so small and staying well hydrated on flights is difficult but essential."

Flight from USA to Dubai was comfortable. There is some serious miscommunication between the staff who does checkin and immigration staff in India. Air Suvidha rules are enforced here as a requirement by the Indian government and without it not allowed to board the flight. The Indian authorities don’t even bother to check it. Please update either side of aisle. Vegetarian food from Dubai to Bombay was not that great at all. It was cold and chewy. Dubai being a hub can provide better options. Staff is very good and took good care of passengers. Please appreciate their hard work.

Cons: "The crew was non existent when something was needed, and a flight attendant tried to move us from our purchased seats to accommodate a woman who moved 3 times. While the attendant was mistaken; he insisted on seeing disturbing our sleep and asked to see our boarding pass as if we were not being honest. All that he said was , “oops, wrong row” and moved on as if nothing happened. No apology, nothing."

Cons: "The seats were minuscule...the depth was narrower than when Id previously used different airlines. The space between rows was also compromised. I think that the Dreamliner is even more streamlined with less space so they can put more passengers on! The toilet kept flushing when seated on it! The food was repetitive - ordered Asian Veg and got almost the same food for 3 meals. The dessert was exactly the same 1 piece of melon and 2 cubes pineapple. The male crew member did not want to be there. He grunted at the passengers. He was annoyed and when clearing food trays dropped it and aI wore custard all over me and the armrest of my seat. Fortunately I had a blanket covering me so it all landed on that. He was more upset that it also splattered him."

Cons: "I'm not picky with food but the Food was extremely bad tasting and at best tastelesss. That should never be served Anywhere! It was so bad that the first thing I did in O'hare is eat a meal, it never happened to me on an international trip. Drinks (soda and coffe) were limited and there was a shortage in them. Entertainment system was not working Plane was packed, spaces very tight"

Cons: "1. On FCO-AUH route, my son’s entertainment system did not work. We informed the flight attendant and she said it has to be reset but did not come back to do something about it. 2. On AUH-MLA route, my entertainment system is so unresponsive. The touch screen does not work, so I had to use the manual controls. 3. Repetitive advertisements 4. Movies are old, not updated. 5. Food is not so satisfactory."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by nearly 4 hours due to a cargo loading issue in Mombasa. Communication from Ethiopian Airlines staff regarding the issue & delay was very poor. Passengers were becoming very anxious and tense regarding the flight, if it would depart, and the safety of the plane. Improved communication from the Ethiopian Airline staff would have gone a long way to calming the situation and reassuring passengers."

Cons: "They weighed my carryon! I haven’t seen any other airline do that before. I flew with them 3 times this year, 13 hour each flight and the entertainment was not the best. They didn’t have enough current movies or tv shows. The food was bland. Coffee cups were plastic and it burnt my finger."
