Pros: "The whole Business experience on SQ"
Cons: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ036, I occupied seat 15 A (mono, aisle-window): I did not understand the reasoning behind this layout: Seat facing straight the front of the aircraft, but not enough space to stretch the legs, and limited height for the footrest, feet getting hurled against a ceiling very quickly, and also footrest only on one side = one foot. The deep cavity, that is probably meant to house the lie-flat disposition, is at a 45° angle with the general direction of the seat. I am 77 and not in any way a contortionist. I decided that the best course of action was to remain seated for the duration of the 14:30 hours, flight without extending my legs. Maybe the crew could have explained how the passenger is supposed to fit into that weird design, but I did not ask, afraid that the demonstration might reawaken chronic shoulder and hip pain. I would be glad to read (not test) how this configuration is supposed to convey the sense of comfort expected from a Business Class ticket. It did nothing of the kind for me."

Pros: "Crews sympathy’s"
Cons: "Disembarking On economy plus we had to wait for all business passengers to leave and there were that needed wheelchair hence took a long time"
Pros: "Overall, the staff was amazing, so as the food and cleanliness"
Cons: "The space between the seats in economic seat"
Pros: "Yes and yes"
Cons: "Not sure because I have never had a better experience."
Cons: "WiFi didn’t work on 3 of the 4 flights although all purportedly had it. Also didn’t work the majority of the time in the Business Class Lounge in Singapore. Food was mediocre both on flights and in the lounge. Movie selection could hardly have been worse."
Pros: "The crew was terrific. Always smiling and helpful."
Cons: "If you need more space economy is a tight fit. It would be better to upgrade."
Pros: "Cabin crew was excellent and the premium economy seat was very comfortable and accommodating. The choice of food from the variety menu was also delicious."
Pros: "The seats were comfortable and the staff was very attendant!"
Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "(Previous PE comparisons: Turkish AL, Air NZ, SAS) Ease of check-in, on-time dep/arr, crew attention and responsiveness, seating within the range to be expected of this class."
Cons: "Plane condition: Cosmetic plastic panel below monitor and seat back pocket on Seat 31E fell off when foot rest was lowered; had previously been secured by adhesive tape. Panel removed by crew. In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."
Pros: "Everything on time and smooth. Great service. Great pillows and. Plenti snacks anytime I want it. Very comfortable seats. Entertainment System fabulous."
Cons: "All good"
Pros: "Crew was amazing and very helpful"
Cons: "The wheel chairs was a bit scarce so we had to walk far distances at Dubai airport"
Pros: "I liked the food and the supplies given for the long trip, blanket, eye cover, toothbrush, etc."
Cons: "More comfortable seats"
Cons: "The crew was good, but the attentiveness of the crew on the second leg was amazing"
Cons: "Food on the menu was not available. Some of us did not get lunch and were being offered bread. Some flight attendants were impatient with pax and unwilling to help especially with regards to Wifi on board , others were impolite"
Pros: "The seat was not comfortable and the food as well"
Pros: "The crew was nice, and there was sufficient overhead space for my bag."
Cons: "I've flown hundreds of times, and this was the most most unpleasant flight I've ever taken. My seat didn't recline, the entertainment console was not working properly, and I had almost no legroom due to the design of the seat. The temperature was unbearably hot. And I didn't get my special meal."
Pros: "The seat was not up to the usual Emirates business class standard. The lights were never completely dimmed."
Pros: "crew was good but seat was too narrow, and there are too many little kids near us."
Cons: "do limit the number of passengers with little children and don't put senior citizens near them."
Cons: "Check the head phone sets have both speakers working. I had to ask for a different set which was fine"
Pros: "everything! the A380 plane and the onboard entertainment and services was fantastic"

Restrooms weren’t working properly. Food choices were too exotic.

Pros: "I couldn’t eat the chicken for lunch, and I told the crew to change it for me and bring the vegetarian, but nobody brought anything. I was starving until the next meal."
Cons: "Take out the chicken sausage from your menu"
Pros: "Absolutely nothing."
Cons: "Everything. Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."
Pros: "Crew was great. They made up for mistakes in a positive and amenable way."
Cons: "Flight was late. There was no communication about it. The flight from Joburg to Doha was late, therefore I missed my connection. The delay was not officially communicated to any of the passengers — no announcements made, no representatives to talk to at the gate — until well past the time that we should have been in the air. It was distressing."
Pros: "The plane was new and spotless, the crew did everything possible to make the flight great. Food service, and Wine and Cocktails were always served with a smiling face and it made you think of flying many years ago. Service cleanliness of the restrooms and staff were top notch"
Cons: "Nothing really."
Cons: "Just had a hard time finding flight attendants. Every time I went to the back of the plane, half a dozen of them were sitting around and chatting it up. Felt guilty for asking for water. Not the service that I expected from Qatar Airways. All 4 flights were a struggle to get proper service."
Cons: "The seats are smaller than other airlines. My entertainment system stopped working mid-flight on a 16 hour flight from Doha to LAX.Food portion is not enough. No hot towels on boarding, no welcome drink or snacks. Food is served only twice on a 16 hour flight.Rude immigration officers"
Pros: "Excellent service with attention to detail"
Cons: "lay-flat seats fairly uncomfortable in the lay-flat position (does not compare to the Q Suite used on newer aircraft) Entertainment system a bit dated, but decent selection"
Pros: "I liked that the flight was not full and I was able to use the entire row of seats and lie down as straight as possible to get some sleep. The crew was very friendly and allowed us to sleep most of the flight --- I guess they figured that most of the travelers prefer to just sleep and not be disturbed during a 15-hour flight. There was a good selection of movies and shows to watch to pass the time. I liked that there was time to go on the city tour of Doha and that there is a counter at the airport for the city tour."
Cons: "My flight started in Kathmandu and the layover for the connecting flight from Doha to LAX was 12 hours. I hope Qatar can come up with a schedule that will reduce the layover down to less hours while still giving passengers time to go on the city tour, if they want to."
Pros: "I got an aisle seat. Bathrooms were not bad in terms of cleanliness."
Cons: "Service was ok. I was forgotten to be served items that other passengers were given. Seating ended up being kind of cramped as passenger in front was relaxing a bit too much. Entertainment was ok."

My outbound flight was grounded in Lusaka so we never made it to Paris. DO NOT fly this airline you will be stranded and your plans will be completely disrupted

Poor communication: Flight come directly to kigali , didn’t come via mumbasa. Favouring to Rwandan passenger to move from economic to bussiness class after flight depart. Where they don’t asked other older passenger who need more comfort. Rude staff : chekin airport at Mumbai. Talking in local language (marathi) while serving and no sorry no thank you attitude.

Pros: "Seat reclining was good. Fleece blankets were warm"
Cons: "Blankets had a really bad smell Food options were very limited - even bread was eggless"
Pros: "Helpful friendly crew, reasonable ticket prices."
Cons: "Luggage was delayed by 24 hours, customer service desk in Johannesburg EXTREMELY helpful, in Kigali they were clueless. Transit area very crowded, humid and stuffy."
Pros: "Crew members are extremely polite and friendly. Flight was delayed leaving Kigali captain spoke to each passenger and apologise - great professionalism."
Cons: "Entertainment was limited."
Pros: "I think that I appreciated all the details during the trip. As I get my kayak app in my IPhone, i firstly received a notice that the check in started.... At each step, I could see the time discounted through my phone"
Cons: "As I said, I liked everything. From the departure to the landing"
Cons: "My luggage was broken into and stolen. They sawed off the zip on my suitcase and broke the handle. Stole a number of personal items including a belt, perfume, t-shirts and cash."
Pros: "The planes and shuttles are nice and clean, and the staff are pleasant. I had a long layover in Kigali and the airline gave me accommodation and a food voucher (totally unexpected). Will definitely fly RwandAir again."
Pros: "Food and free WiFi. Ample seating space."
Cons: "Rerouted through Dar-es-Salaam at last minute rather than being a direct flight as scheduled"
Pros: "Fligh was on time, front desk staff were very helpfful, flight staff were friendly"
Pros: "Not one thing about my experience."
Cons: "The alertness of the staff, the boarding process, the knowledge of the staff. Not breaking my luggage!"
Pros: "The crew was very nice and positive. The seats surprisingly reclined quite a bit. The dinner was actually good."
Cons: "The offer of wine. The wifi options."
Pros: "Crew was very nice and responsive."
Cons: "The flight was so hot. No personal air controls. Economy was horribly small."
Pros: "Crew was great! Food was actually very good! However seats are very tight in the economy class...I’m 5’6” and 130lb and had a hard time during the 10,5h transatlantic flight.."
Cons: "No complaints about anything but the seats on this particular aircraft: Boeing 777-300ER... very tight!!! Ok for a few hours of flying but not for an 11 hour flight!!!"
Cons: "After showing passport to get boarding pass, had to line up to show passport again to get boarding pass stamped at gate-no instructions, just a line.. Why!? Poor communication."
Pros: "Good food and beverage options. Many movie and television selections."
Cons: "The seats were too close especially when reclined. The lady next to me got into an argument 3 times with the man behind her and no one assisted the situation. The second security check needs a better signifier that it was done. It almost made me and another man miss our flight. Miserable attendants"
Pros: "This was a 12 hour flight that didn’t feel like 12 hours. They movies and other entertainment was very good with new and older movies that didn’t disappoint. The food was great all the way through to the farewell piece of chocolate."
Cons: "The seats on this flight were very tight. I am 5’8 and felt super cramped. The seats themselves were not that bad just small and not a lot of space. If you fly with them don’t expect to kee anything under the seat with you. Also the whole boarding process is a big cluster! There is no real organization to the line or who they are boarding. Make sure you get in the line quickly or you could be waiting awhile."
Cons: "They ran out of the dinner with meat option. They offered sandwiches to some people as a snack but not sure why some people got them. The crew is okay not that friendly."
Pros: "The food was amazing, the in-flight entertainment was amazing, and the flight attendants were amazingly kind and beautiful. :) Swiss Air has set the standard on airline food, serving Swiss Chocolate and Gruyere cheese on the flight! It was the best!"
Cons: "My only concern was that there were times when I felt a little too warm. The newer Boeing 777 doesn't have passenger controlled A/C."
Pros: "SwilssAir is our new favorite airline to Switzerland and other points in Europe. The crews were pleasant and efficient. All flights were right on time. The food was very good, and the best overall we have experienced in economy. The individual video screens provided a nice selection of movies, tv, games, etc. Finally, transferring in Zurich is MUCH better than the zoo that his Heathrow!"
