Excellent. I had a medical emergency on flight SNA-ORD and the attendants were very helpful.
Crew was dismissive. Snacks and refills not offered. Poor business class experience. Bed not comfortable compared to Emirates or BA.
We were Polaris passengers and found the service poor. The food was ok but the flight attendants were not attentive and rushed the service.
Food was very very bad! Same flight from US was amazing with great food but the food prepared for the flight from Cape Town to New York was not eatable. The crew also did not smile once. They all looked like it was a shift they had not signed up for but were forced to take. :(
On time - really well operated flight. Friendly staff. Super impressed with United on this round trip.

The flight itself was fine and the pilots were great. The crew was awful - the purser WOULD NOT SHUT UP, they ran out of food, I would not serve the “beef” dinner option to my dog. The boarding process was a clusterfuck-no announcements were made about boarding groups, and when we did get on the plane, attendants were blocking the aisles taking orders for the premier lounge and not letting the poors get to their seats
Many issues arose with the plane and after 3 hours of delays, we had to return to the London airport as the plane was unfit to cross the ocean. It was highly concerning that this aircraft was in operation with so many problems.
You're asking 2 different questions. The flight from Los Angeles to London (and from London to Faro) was on British Airways. Those flights were awful. The app didn't provide detailed information, the WiFi that I paid for didn't work, the form I had to fill out to re-enter the UK was not communicated clearly so I nearly missed my flight. British Airways is significantly behind every other airline I've traveled in every way. American Airlines flight form London to Los Angeles was great. In the future, I will avoid flying British Airways when I can.
Premium economy was not what was shown, no leg riser, seats were broken and do not recline more than economy, food, we couldn't eat it was so bad, no menu 1 item and it sucked.
British Airways is very good... Taxiing after landing took 35 minutes, can't really blame the airline but the terrible infrastructure at JFK.
Our section of the aircraft in premium economy was very cold. We asked the attendants twice to raise the heat but it never happened. Even with the blanket it was chilly for 10 1/2 hours

The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
