I was very happy to see that Lufthansa had direct flights from Frankfurt to Tampa. The pasta dinner was delicious, but the pizza wasn't that good. I suggest a selection of wurst and cheese with crackers or an egg wrap might be more refreshing.

Good food, overall very comfy. The flight was full so obviously not optimal, but it is what it is.

Parents with permanently crying baby on board. Neither parents nor crew did anything to calm the baby. The food was extremely disappointing. Seafood stew was very, very small! Not even appetizer size! Seat had a gap in the back. Had to use a pillow to fill it.

You deleted my connection ticket home and I am stuck in Seattle!!!!!!!!!!!

The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.

It could not have been cancelled and the rebooking pro could have been smooth, not requiring me to be on hold and standing at check-in counter at Air Canada (not AC fault) for a total of 3 hours. Ridiculous.

Never took the flight due to strikes which happens but there was no timely coordination to find me new flights. I had to call Lufthansa and Kayak support only to be given no good options and a 75% refund. Ended up spending way more for alternative flights that I coordinated myself for a trip I had booked 6 months prior.

Definitely get premium economy on a flight this long if you can. Your legs and while body will thank you.
