Pros: Comfortable seats, decent food and was left alone to sleep after a long day.

Cons: Didn’t like that I missed original flight by minutes due to chaos of the airport and resolving the issue took about an hour but did like that I was rebooked on the next available flight for no extra charge and the attendant seemed sympathetic to my plight. A simple but important detail.

Pros: After there was a problem with the plane once we had boarded, they were able to switch us to another plane at another gate. There was a short wait, and we only had a delay of 35 minutes.

Cons: Fewer fat peasants with too much hand luggage. Seriously, control the hand luggage before people bring it aboard.

Pros: Most of the crew was helpful, however, I arranged a pick Up at Heathrow to guide me to my connectg flight. the flight attendant advised me to speak to the male concierge when exiting. He then insisted: No, there is no one coming. When I stepped out the pick up person showed up anyhow. ??

Cons: Like I said better staff communication in regards to my special situation/need. Also I was surprised I had to pay for the water I had on the flight as the attendant who offered it didn’t mention it was for purchase when they asked me if I wanted bottled water.

Cons: Overbooked flights led to a missed connection resulting in a 12 hour layover

Pros: Efficient well groomed staff, thoughtful amenities such as baby seat belts & toiletry kit containing toothbrushes. Palatable tasty cuisine.

Cons: Great flight. We were delayed but the crew kept us well informed and tried to make up time in the air

Cons: The plane we got on time to board was delayed enough to miss our connecting flight, so delayed another 3 hours when missing the next flight.

Cons: Swiss Air from Athens to Zurich stellar—excellent service, seating, food—but left one hour late due to air traffic. Nearly missed connecting Edelweiss flight—and that flight was just terrible. Passengers behind me constantly kicking, pulling my seat—wouldn’t allow me to put seat in recline position.

Cons: Rude ground staff at Athens airport, unable to check in online prior to flight, had to wait in line for over an hour for a connecting flight and run to the gate to then be told I was on standby for my next connecting flight. Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen.

Pros: The onboard crew and food were great. The gate crew and grounds were rude and unknowledgable.

Cons: The great seats we reserved were given to staff and we were stuck by bathrooms & crying babies. My husband’s seat was parallel to a mom of an infant traveling alone.He could not recline because she’d have to step over him. We’re compassionate but these seats are too $ not to use for intended purpose

Pros: It's like Air India the crew is old and cant serve the aircraft. Nothing I liked. Flight was very old. Waste if money.

Cons: Announcements at the gate: there were none. The flight was slightly delayed and there was not a word from BA agents.

Pros: FYI this was actually an American Airlines flight (AA 104) not BA. Anyway I love those 777-300ER’s, they are huge with great up to date ambient lighting, excellent, outstanding entertainment , and I had the whole row to myself. I often take this flight when flying home from LHR to JFK. 5 stars!

Pros: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.

Cons: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.

Cons: Schedule issues, rerouted thru LA, very very painful travel, multiple security checks for an issue from the airline schedule. Airline doesn’t give reroute options. Two bags opened and missing personal items. Very frustrating travel. Kids meal choices missing on rerouted flights. I can go on...

Cons: Leg room is laughable and charging $65 to check a bag is ridiculous.

Plane never made it to the terminal but passengers were let off in the middle of the airport and placed on buses! No driver on a fully loaded bus for 10 min. Terrible! Didn’t make it on next

Pros: The crew were so friendly and helpful.

Cons: I was told on the phone earlier (and very rudely) there are no gluten free options for eating. I have celiac disease and do not do the diet for "fun". It's for health. I found out thanks to the excellent crew on board there is an option.

Cons: Agent changed our flight to Munich and sent as a email with with confirmation on July 10. involuntary. On July 20. I checked Lufthansa app and found that only flight that was shown was flight Toronto-Thunder Bay. After 3 hours of phoning I found that flight from Munich to Toronto wasn’t available for date that was given us in email. Only option was day earlier or later. Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that.
