Seats paid for in advance. Seat assignments changed by kayak 3rd party. Seats then changed again by Turkish airlines at the gate. Family seated on opposite sides of the plane yet money taken for seat assignments that were not honored.
Food wasn’t good but not their fault as I should have pre selected
Istanbul to Lahore flight was less than standard for international business class cabins. Seat did not were not flat and it did not operate easily. I had to push buttons hard repeatedly to operate the seat. I was in 5A seat
The connecting flight experience was okay. Flight crew's service were great upon settling. However, it wasn't the same as previous flight. Flight crew were okay - friendly, however, not as accommodating.
Majority of the staff were simply awesome and very very supportive and helpful
two of our bags didn't arrive - this is nonsense given we weren't connecting from anywhere and the flight wasn't full so there shouldn't have been a weight problem. Also, business class and star alliance gold, my bags should have been prioritized.
The seats were extremely small. Boarding was not communicated correctly. It wasn’t a pleasant trip.

The entertainment selection itself was ok but the screen couldn't be turned off which was annoying because I wanted to read and not be distubed by flashing lights in front of me. I could see other people having the same problem with their screens. The crew seemed to be too busy to be bothered by our questions/requests. I found the seat quite uncomfortable, especially for a long flight. As a short person, I've accepted the inconvenience of always having seats higher than comfortable, but my neck hurt after a while because the headrest was too high and couldn't be adjusted further. The seat pockets in this plane seemed to be faulty. I could see people near me having the same problem of everything falling on the floor because it kept detaching from the back of the seat. It was pretty useless to keep anything in it, even the menu and sick bag wouldn't stay in. The food was meh. The omellete was just a hunk of egg - my next flight leg also offered omellete but was so much better than this one.
The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
Everything was great…Flight Attendants were specially friendly and helpful.

Some of the crew was sassy and not super helpful. The food was okay, but it seems like they were all unprepared compared to my flight I did from JFK to Frankfurt
I think they overbooked Frankfurt to New York and bumped me off. This changed my return travel I arrived home about 4 hours late. Almost 24 total travel time Totally unacceptable Would not travel with United
Stop charging for alcohol overseas flights and start taking cash again not everyone wants to pay with card if the person is bigger give him seat on the outside seats not the middle in between the people is common sense and mainly if you fly for Lufthansa provides the sam service and experience...
Extremely pleased with the crew. Best flight attendants ever! Very friendly, genuinely caring and attentive.
The entertainment screens need to be updated. Very difficult to navigate through with old equipment.
Service was bad and food they told us they only had pasta very rude

Excellent once on board. Security staff at Johannesburg rude and aggressive.
