Everything could have been better. What needed to be wrong with United went wrong
I booked extra leg room, due to seat neighbor i now consider extra shoulder and arm room as well. Seems like the seats shrink in width now The crew was very friendly and professional ( 100%). Food was good not great, breakfast was bad, a dry slice of bread would have been better. Facilities clean.
We just made it to our connecting flight. A long, long speed walk!
Lufthansa still has a good level of quality compared to US airlines, especially with respect to (1) food quality - actually tasty, (2) good French red wine - free, (3) good movie selection. Also my ticket price includes 1 free check-in luggage, while some other budget airlines sneak in an extra $150 for a checkin.
It was a short flight. Plenty of room on the plane. It was also extremely clean.
I purposely bought a seat upstairs and your airline moved it to a random aisle seat. The only good part about this being an older plane was that the seats weren’t so tight that I couldn’t relax at all. Still will never fly Lufthansa again.
Food was terrible. They ran out of options and gave me a bland undercooked pasta and veggies. Only middle seat was available to select although I paid extra. Baggage delayed at destination. Flight attendants not really helpful.
The plane (Mitsubishi CRJ) felt old, creaking and not very new. The crew was okay. Hot water provision was broken so hot beverages could't be served.
Safety which is #1 was great. Food choices was not always great and often ran out of choice meat before getting to back of economy. Had one staff member who was just rude otherwise everyone was quite pleasant especially with the job they have to do!
It was as good as a flight in economy can be.
Service onboard is one of the best nowadays, on top of the regular meals they offer more drinks during the whole flight and crew is super nice and helpful. I truly enjoy to fly in BA.
Good flight, no turbulence. I felt safe and comfortable which is really important when I am just a passenger.
Even if you wait for connecting passengers you should not be an hour late departing waiting their luggage. Your passengers may have connections in the other end and you harm them.
Overall good, bigger chairs in the future would be nice.
BA code for a Vueling flight. All god but the temperature in the plane (too hot when engine not running but otherwise ok)
Great flight, last one out the air-conditioning was far to hot and the return it was to cold and then issued blankets. On the outward bowned the headset connector didn't work properly. You had intermittent sound from the audio socket.
The flight was delayed due to snow in Frankfurt. There wasn't much information from BA or the airport, but Kayak was great and kept me informed of the delay and gate changes.
We waited at BOS at the gate for an hour and couldn’t get a drink or anything. Once in the air the service, food and ride was excellent.
It is an airline that has the service that used to be in the old times as a standard and now is rare. Very good.
I was unable to board this flight because of visa changes that I was not alerted about and I’ve been unable to contact Kayak to obtain a refund / credit anything.
