Cons: "The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"
Pros: "Flights attendant proficinal , food was great , first time experience ice cream on airplane served. Seats are comfy and wide , much space between seats compare with other airlines."

Pros: "The plane we were on between Zurich and Copenhagen was comfortable and modern for such a short trip. This was a stark contrast to the old SAS airplane we flew in the opposite direction as a Swiss flight. The staff on the plane were friendly and helpful."
Cons: "We missed our original flight due to connection difficulties. We tried to hold this flight (the return flight that we had paid for in our round trip ticket) but when we arrived at the airport we were informed that they had sold our seats. We had to pay $250 USD to fly standby (and "reissue" the tickets that we had already paid for) on a flight that was oversold by at least 6, and we heard other passengers also being told their tickets were sold. Their customer service for the ticket change and the phone calls made before hand where they promised to hold our tickets, were so disappointing, it was like dealing with any US based airline. We won't be flying with them again."

Ordered kids meals but didn't expect to get ravioli with mushrooms or wraps with peppers. both things kids barely ever touch. Same for the Quinoa salad. My own snack after 8h of light was a Roggenbread sandwhich. It didint taste bad to me but I can see how others who are not accustomed to the German Bread cuisine would not like that. I don;t know, I feel like Delta or KLM come up with way better alternatives.

Our entertainment/movie and audio did not work during our flight. Two of our bags did not make it to our final home destination. No personal assistant. Everything is via email/web with no assistance.

Cons: "On the way out Lufthansa charged us a total of £129 to take our bags with us (all under 23KG). On the way back with the same 3 identical bags Lufthansa charged us $399.47 (£306.92), again all under 23KG. How can it be fair to charge passengers 2.4 times more to return home with their bags?"
Cons: "Checking in was quite annoying because BA canceled our return and over the phone but we still had to transfer all our information upon checking. Boarding rather chaotic. Random searches were not organized. Seats were okay. Food just edible. Mostly the staff was polite and there was one attendant in coach who was very pleasant. Shoulder length blonde hair, she was genuine and cheerful. It was an okay flight, but my experience was more comfortable and the feeling of being dealt with as a person was more evident on my flight to London w BA. I appreciate that the flight went well but American Airlines still has a long way to go in customer genuine service and experience."

Cons: "Food was awful. It was so hot I was fanning myself. I had a 11 hour flight and than a 10 hour flight after both British airways, and the same exact food. So I just went hungry. I smelled something amazing so thought I would get a good hot meal as my last meal since I had not had anything in 9hours, but nope, just got a measly cold sandwich. I won’t book British airlines again for international travel, I’ll stick to emirates."
Cons: "Hardly saw a steward in business class the whole flight. Must be part of BA’s cost saving initiatives, but means you don’t get food on time, offered drinks or even a menu"
Cons: "Distance between seats on the low side i.e. not much leg room. TV screen again on the small size in comparison with other airlines. Ear phones poor build quality and sound. Plastic cutlery. Small meal trays. No hand wipes with meals. In comparison with other airlines BA is only an average carrier."

Cons: "We departed the terminal for takeoff but a passenger had a medical emergency requiring a return to the gate and off-loading along with finding the passenger’s baggage down below. Not the airline’s fault, of course, but maybe passengers should carefully consider their health before embarking on an 11.5 hour flight from one continent to another."

I just flew Alaska, delta, American,d Lufthansa recently and none of those airlines were as bad. Like a sardine can. I will avoid United at Ll costs."
Cons: "The food was horrible for the price. We had 4 crying babies surrounding us. It was a full plain so we were told to check our carry ons but upon getting inside the plane there was still space in the overheads."

Cons: "A window alarm went off loudly for about 20 minutes during the flight. The crew seemed to be aware of it but made no attempts to stop it or to inform passengers what was going on."

Cons: "Staff was mostly rude, tired. The plane was 30 minutes late due to weather. Internet would not work, the captain kept trying to reboot it, no entertainment. An older plane in moderate disrepair. Economy seats were much more uncomfortable than American Airlines."
Pros: "Was flying biz class and the audio wasn’t working. The flight attendant tried her best but only was able to reboot over and over again. But she didn’t offer a voucher or anything for the lack of a sound system."
