Flight attendant Catalina was one of best ever. Paid attention to every detail. Food was good. Comfortable private seats in business class. We were not allowed in business class lounge in Dubai because our ticket supposedly didn’t cover this. They said our travel agent should of told us that. That has never happened on any other airline before. Beware of this especially if you have a long layover like we did.

Pros: "Seats were really comfortable, able to lean back further than most, with large screens and good entertainment options. Also liked that there were open areas on the plane that you could go stand up and stretch out for a while at."
Cons: "About halfway through the flight the bathrooms definitely needed cleaned. By the end of the flight they were disgusting, with toilets and sinks clogged and no tissue. I'm really surprised Emirates allowed this to happen, because everything else was great."
Cons: "Two teenage passengers were in front of us, extremely disruptive and loud the entire flight and no one from the crew addressed it or asked them to keep the noise down. Also, we were forced to check our carry on bags bc they weighed at check in- though we had already checked in online, more than 7kg!"

some sections of airport are too cramped. The screening of luggage was twice and a huge hassle. They kept saying my boarding the for my next flight was in 10 minutes but were dragging the screening too long. having a 2 hour connecting time with this much delays in screenings is not good. They could see I was traveling with special needs kid yet I was" randomly chosen" to be personally screened again.
Just snacks, could have more options.boarding was good. Everything else was good. We had a very bad experience with Qatar airways. We were deplaned a few minutes after boarding the flight. Had to wait 8 hours at the airport for the next replacement aircraft to take off. Had a harrowing experience. Were offered coupons for a small meal at the airport. Uncertainty caused a lot of stress and I got a cold and flu like symptoms.
The hindu meal food did not taste good. Also the seats were not comfortable as compare to other airlines
Seat electronics kept failing (as in absolutely nothing worked) - crew re-set it multiple, but didn’t move me until finally three quarters of the way into the flight - abysmal. Entertainment options are plentiful, but a number of expected movies were missing (did an SQ flight 3 days later and expected titles were on SQ) - does Qatar sensor what they show?
Its a long flight. Please provide free wifi as soon as long ts not interfering with aircraft data.

He was also very old and could hardly stand up when needed. It was the most uncomfortable flight, if I had the money, I would definitely fly business class"

My outbound flight was grounded in Lusaka so we never made it to Paris. DO NOT fly this airline you will be stranded and your plans will be completely disrupted
The flight was delayed with no notice. No inflight entertainment. Communication is vital in any business.

Pros: "Took the newly opened route between Cape Town and Harare. Was a great experience. Thanks to RwandAir it is easier and cheaper to fly directly between these African cities. Lots of potential on the route. RwandAir really opening up business and leisure opportunities much needed in these areas. Nice to avoid Tambo airport."

I mean... It's Rwanda so I didn't expect much customer service (they are generally particularly bad by African, European, Asian or American standards) and I definitely wasn't impressed"

Delay on take if- short connecting time- was supposed to have a wheelchair to connecting flight- limped with a cane thru the airport to make a connection

Sat in the air plane on the tarmac for over an hour with little info why we were sitting. Missed my connection to Houston and had to spend the night in Istanbul. The hotel was over an hour away, terrible and smoky rooms that smelled!!!
