Goodie bag was a good idea; the goodie bag contains an eye mask, mini tooth brush, paste, hand cream, etc. These all were great idea and definitely helpful. However this is ruined by the tooth paste. It was a tiny tooth paste, fair enough but the opening is sealed tight w/o a way to easily pry open. This was a total bad idea of packaging. Flight tips were also good idea and informational."
Cons: "Atlanta to Doha was about 14 hours flight. The seats were cramped and narrow (no side support) Seat cushion has been stripped down to bare minimum, so effectively you may not feel much of a cushion. Cramped legroom Seats felt like junk and I had started having leg cramps after few hours. This so disappointing for a premier airline like Qatar. Overall a very uncomfortable ride."

Pros: "I used the prime lounge in Istanbul and when it was time to go, I was able to practically walk on the plane without any wait. The seats were comfy and didn't have a ton of legroom but it wasn't bad. The staff we're friendly and helpful. The in-flight entertainment had a pretty impressive selection and had one of the best-designed interfaces I've seen so far (and I've ridden a variety of airlines). Last and most important, the food was hands down the BEST I've had on a plane. Turkish is killing it, they're my new go-to airline!"

The person sitting next to me even had a dietary restriction and her meal had been given to another passenger. The boarding process was a mess without clear directions from the staff, it was a giant mob trying to force its way onto a plane."

Aside from not answering emails or phones for days, even after getting in touch with someone the instructions I received were apparently only to waste my time because in the following correspondence it became clear they never intended on issuing a refund. I am a Military service member and was not authorized to take the flight I had booked, so after explaining the circumstances and submitting the requested memo...no refund! I will advise all my people to steer clear from Turkish Airlines."

Also, baggage handling was slow compared with my previous experiences. Seemed to be a hard landing."

Cons: "Food choices were not good-cold creme cheese tomato sandwich for breakfast and horrible curry chicken for dinner. Staff was young and seemed somewhat inexperienced. They were constantly rushing and couldn’t keep up with servicing customers. When we looked at a make steward to let him know that we were finished with our trays, his response was “give me a second!” Unacceptable customer service!!!"

Cons: "Paying $275 to upgrade and experiencing one of worst flights and service I’ve travelled. No water supply for hot beverages, wash hands or brush teeth during eight hour international flight, not given special diet meal requested as crew unable to locate it, Entertainment monitor not working or housed in seat back correctly to adjust angle, remote handset buttons barely working to watch or make selections, unable to call cabin crew who did not visit through cabin for approximately two and half hours as ‘assumed most passengers were sleeping’, no wine choice only Sauvignon blanc and I wanted Chardonnay so had nothing. Breakfast ‘special diet request’ meal was cold hard bagel with colourful lump of cream cheese, which seemed to be what everyone else had. No orange juice, grapefruit that can’t take medication with, so had nothing to drink except allotted splash of water into small paper cup. Dreadful journey"

Cons: "Cancelled our flight and cost us a lot of money. Then Rebooked us through another carrier and we waited and they wouldn’t take us, said there was only two seats left and we would have to wait until the next evening for another carrier. Wow just terrible service. We drove five hours for this. I’m afraid British Airways is too big of a company and doesn’t really care!"

Pros: "The flight attendants were polite and efficient. The flights were on time. Easy check-in."
Cons: "Our return trip was "cancelled"__ However, we were bumped and rescheduled to fly Sunday and given no options. So, the return flights definitely put a damper on our overall experience with flying BA. Hopefully, customer service will do the right thing in the end."

Cons: "Boarding process was very late, they made us wait in the cold for 10 min before letting us in the plane. The staff was professional but not too friendly and the place is old. When I purchased the ticket it said it was a airbus A380"

Cons: "We got delayed for 2h. Also,I traveled with BA before and I received an eye sleeping mask and a thooth brush, but this time those items were not provided. The blanket was smelling quite bad."

Pros: "Staff are friendly, accomodating for an unaccompanied child with me, upgraded me and helped to support the extra baggage needs"
Cons: "Old, dirty planes with bad enterainment systems and mediocre food and drink offerings. With the price of a ticket more than Emirates, KLM and other airlines, always really suprised the overall crappy hardware, infrastructure on planes etc. When can we get a decent plane to fly the long haul flights. And an actual entertainment system like to competitors?"

Cons: "There was an abusive passenger sitting behind me that kicked my chair the entire flight. They were angry that they didn't have more space and that I wanted to have my seat back. I offered to put it up during meal times to make sure they had enough space but that wasn't good enough. The crew knew what was happening and tried to get the other passenger to stop but the passenger persisted. The crew refused to upgrade me even though I had paid for an aisle seat and there were no other aisle seats available for me to move to. I find this service unacceptable. I probably won't be willing to fly BA again as they obviously care more about money than ensuring their customers are comfortable."

Cons: "Armrests didn't go up which is a problem with a toddler needing to sleep. Seat was broken so that pressure would make it lean back. Left over an hour late."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 3 hours due to a mechanical issue, per pilot before takeoff. SOMETHING happened & we were all tossed about the cabin of the plane. When it was all said & done, 1 flight attendant had a broken nose, 1 had a concussion, I hit my head in 2 spots, and a little boy hit his head & threw up. I am not a dramatic person, but I've never been on a plane & thought I was going to die – until this flight. Emergency landing in St. Louis instead of Chicago. The EMT crew on the ground? Felt like amateur hour. I have photos to back these events up."

Cons: "Father with two young daughters was presented at checkin with separated seats, so we had to request others to trade with us once we were on the plane. Which they happily did. I was not able to reserve seats online for some reason; therefore the staff at check in should know that they should try to reserve three seats together for a parent traveling with two pre-teen kids."
