R16 153 Find cheap flights from Durban to Newark Liberty Airport

They were very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I were sitted apart. We asked if we could be seated together were told flight ws fuly booked but would try. After a while they were able to make it work we got seats together. Their food is good and attendents are very friendly/helpful.

The crew were friendly, dressed professionally and helpful when needed. The food was good to very good. The seats were comfortable and entertainment selections were excellent.   For that long of a flight Athens to Newark Economy is a little tight and the space became uncomfortable about mid-way. Next time I would try and get a Premium Economy seat. Especially for the return flight when one can be less enthused and tired. On the way to a vacation enthusiasm can outweigh discomfort.

Excellent staff! Flights were delayed due to technical issues after everyone was boarded and we sat in the flight for almost 2 hours before taking off. Not enough vegetarian food was available despite pre-ordering. The staff did an exceptional job dealing with both the problems neither of their making.

Better entertainment; the lack of it made the very long flight even longer

First time flying Emirates and business class. What a civilized way to travel, everything was wonderful organized and relaxing. Thank you for providing the best first impression!

The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.

Vegetarian food was unpalatable! Definitely need to look into this. The crew were prompt and helpful and the flight as one would want was uneventful. It was a comfortable flight, with new aircraft more legroom and seating space. Would recommend travel with Emirates to others as well.

Emirates is still my favorite airline. The good, entertainment, crew, and value are excellent. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed taking off and arriving - which caused me to lose my ground transportation plan. While delays happen, more communication about the delays would be helpful.

Never nice, United Express partners always do an amazing job.

The flights were great. Although late departing Cancun, the staff at the airport did a great job in rebooking us on a later flight leaving Newark for Ottawa. With the delay, we would not have made our original flight. They also pulled our bags and retagged them. Wonderful job.

Checked my bag despite paid the seat upgrade and there was plenty of space available in the overhead bin.

Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.

I was lucky to sit in a seat with legroom in economy . The airplane felt like it was 100 years old, seats were very basic, barely reclined. Food was alright , staff was ok but not the friendliest. But all in all ok trip, perfectly on time

Fabulous! Plane was full a couple of months ahead of time and there were no seats available for purchase. Not the airlines fault but maybe they should offer more flights on that route! Thanks

The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.

The flight was excellent. The crew was great. The food offerings were very good.

United airlines could be one of the worst airlines to fly with

The flight was bumpy. No Breakfast or coffee was served, not even a bottle of water. The food was okay but odd. Rice with peas instead of couscous with some unknown green thing. United Airlines did not tell me that there was VERY LIMITED HANDICAP SERVICE IN NAPLES. De-plane via 20 aluminum steps. Taken to Van. You must walk into the terminal, find luggage, and then walk out to the rental car pickup spot that is 1 block from the terminal.

Don't fly thru London Awful and huge U need 4 hrs to transfer cuz u have to tale buses to and fro from airplanes Bad business

Staff with low service level, forgetful. Temperature at 15 C and after asking twice to raise the temperature the crew did nothing.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food for an international flight also I wasn't given a toiletry bag which is customary in international flights.

They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.

Boarding is not controlled as groups called was not enforced

The plane was clean. The crew were lovely. Food was good - but seat 1D is a poor location. - the crews cupboard is right near your feet and they visited them frequently swishing the curtain from the galley onto my feet everytime also creating a swish of cold air each time & then slamming the door.

This flight was booked with Iberia, but when we got to the airport, it was actually switched to Level. We went to Iberia terminal, then had to be redirected. Ridiculous that we had to pay for a soda on the plane. Also had to pay for earbuds, no pillows. If we had wanted a blanket would have been charged. This is not the British Airways experience. Flight attendant was non existent. Had our call light on for 45 minutes with no response. Attendant charged for a drink, forgot to bring it back. We would never fly Level again. If British airways is going to switch out carriers, We would not fly with them

Horrible food and uncomfortable plane. One toilet was out of service.

Business class is fantastic! Lie flat seats, great meals, privacy, and lots of nice amenities!

Flight to Seattle was fine. We were delayed getting into our gate. The connection time was short and they make you go through security again which was slow.
