A short flight from City Airport. The whole experience was faultless. Every flight should be like this.

Cons: "The flight was terribly cold. I was cold even after using 2 blankets. Lunch was served very late just before landing and it was a 10 hour flight."

Cons: "At Heathrow, the boarding agents kept calling few passengers without letting the rest of the passengers know what was going on. Also the boarding was delayed without giving specific reason almost 50 min later. Finallly they said the boarding was delayed to catering and cleanning, which I could not believe since the plane has been on a tarmac close to an hour. Passengers were lining up to board, but one of the gate agent kept asking to sit down without giving any reason. Probable one of the worst boarding experience I have ever had in international flights."

Cons: "flight was delayed and we never got any information by the pilots or crew to let us know that we were delayed and no information on the new arrival time. Almost lost my connection at LAX"
Pros: "Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Good light supper."
Pros: "Food was ok and they were pretty generous with the alcohol which I needed since the guy in front of me had a seat which allowed him to lean almost all the way back. He ignored several of my comments and none of the staff had anything to say about this even though it was pretty obvious."
Cons: "Too cramped.The guy in front of me was laying in my lap the whole trip I have short legs and my legs were hitting the seat in front. Flight left late causing problem all along the way i.e. lost luggage for three days. Nobody was particularly helpful or knew what was going on. I had to make several calls just to have somebody find the luggage. We had to go all over the place just to find somebody to give us new connecting flights. The airport there is a disorganized mess which is beyond words. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for the loss between British air and Aer Lingus and my impression over the phone was that nobody cared one wit what happened."

Cons: "Small video monitors with poor picture quality and sound was also difficult to hear. No power jacks. Oh, and 2 hours sitting on the tarmac because of a “bag discrepancy.” If the bags can’t get along, who really cares!"

Cons: "I received an email before the flight telling me as the flight would be operated by another carrier there would be free refreshments - but it wasn't and there weren't. Rather odd."
Pros: "The inflight crew was great. The film sound failed part of the way into the flight."
Cons: "The boarding was chaotic and confused. Many passengers complained. But the MUCH bigger issue was we weren't told until we got to the airport that NO bags were included as part of the fare. We had three (we are traveling around the world). Yes, when I looked back at the bottom of the reservation there was a note that said bags not included, but as this is such a significant thing, I think it should be made much clearer. I direct feature films and travel a great, great deal. I rarely make my own reservations, to be fair, but I still think this is worth noting. In the end I just bumped my wife and I up to Business class, but for others who can't afford it, I think you should make this clearer. I will write to your facebook page etc later in the hope you will get the message. That said, again, your flight crew was great."
Cons: "You never gave me the opportunity to pick my seat and I was given a window seat over and back with 2 fat pigs next to me. What the hell were you thinking. You baggage personnel stole the gifts We purchased for our grandchildren in the Baltimore airport terminal baggage area. Where was TSA security?"

Pros: "I did a round trip to Paris. 1st portion on American Airlines. The difference was astounding as to friendliness, service, food, wine and entertainment the Brit Air back to NYC from Paris was 1000 times better than the 1st portion to Paris on American."
Cons: "There was a stop over in London that got a bit confusing at boarding time in Heathrow ...as a flight to another country was being boarded at the same time and the set up in the general terminal make for some confusion as to which line to get into."
Pros: "Liked the big 380 airbus. The food and entertainment was great on the long distance flight. The Airbus seats are more comfortable than others."
Cons: "2 hour delay because they said they didn't have the equipment to back the plane out of the maintenance hanger. Really? - at one of the big airports of Europe, they didn't have a tug vehicle."
Cons: "I called them for luggage I have I can take 20 3KG in the end in the airport I haw to pay for my language"

Cons: "Went through vayama, for this booking. Arrived for a 1:45 pm flight, which I had paperwork for. Jay Informed me, that a flight change to an am flight was emailed to me in December! No follow up email....say a week before?! Like all the other booking sites I use. Spent another night, in Ediinburgh, plus much money for new tickets. Two airport layovers. Will never go through this site again, rate it poorly and not recommend. Thanks, Vickie Varney"

Pros: "Im 55 and slightly over weight getting a middle seat when the arm rests don't raise and seats so close together was a major issue getting in and out on such a long flight and I watched other women experiencing the same issue."
Cons: "Armrests to raise up 2 to 3 inches more between seat front to back. Especially if the persons in front of you have reclined there seats"
