Cons: our bathroom was just pitiful hardly enough space for two 5 huge towels every day just diminished the space and were totally unnecessary! there was no kettle or coffeemaker in the room, had been mentioned on the room facilities changing sheets every day was not wanted and did not make up for the lack of cozyness/cushions there was no feeling of luxury here felt rather stark and outdated and ordering tea in the very pompeous surroundings and only getting a teabag and hot water is just unacceptable!!

Cons: Floor plans complex and not safe. Basic facilities far from everything. Ground floor and lobby bathrooms are so hidden one needs a guide to find them. Many staircases have no hand rails. It is a non smoking hotel but perhaps many years ago it had smoking rooms so faint smell remained, but you will smell only if you have a very sensitive nose. Also this area gets very busy, lots of people and several souvenir stands around.

Pros: Amazing room even if small and bathroom, super modern appliances, fast and reliable internet.
Cons: Breakfast should be greatly improved: no fresh juices, frozen pastries and mediocre selction of cookies and other stuff. This is what hotel breakfasts usually were until 10 years ago, but luckily now things are different at top places.

Pros: Room service was fab. Breakfast was outstanding. Very clean environment. And quite area. Shops close by and restaurants. Staff were helpful and polite. Receptionist was helpful for directions and where to go and how. Overall was very good hotel
Cons: The bed was two singles put together instead of one double with no space. The mattresses were separating while on bed. If they only had one double mattress would have been fine. I also send a massage to the property requesting one large double bed. But no response. The rest was fine.

Pros: Great Location. Great Breakfast, what's all this fuss about the eggs? They provided hard-boiled and scrambled, the scrambled eggs being excellent fresh and not overcooked, Great room and facilities, good bathroom and towels etc. We stayed in a canal view, the view was very pleasant indeed.
Cons: We stayed one night in winter but the room got a little too warm for our liking and we couldn't find a way to turn down the heating, but it was easy enough to open a window.

Cons: The only thing is juste about the positioning of the shower facing the side of the bathtub instead of facing de back so I was freezing during my shower and at the end there was a lot of water on the floor but no big deal.

Not just only perfectly dealing with all the logistics related to a place without cars, but quick, friendly and super trustworthy tips and hints. Cons: The worst and rudest customer service ever seen. Do not go by pictures, in reality their rooms are very bad. It does not deserve even one star. I ended up making new reservation of an apartment by paying 200 euro per night. Moreover when I tried to cancel my old reservation via booking agency, they threatened us that we may have to leave their property. Now think of what you do when you are with the family on a vacation. Over commercialization has degraded quality everywhere. But this one is the worst. Please STAY AWAY from this hotel.

Cons: I was so very disappointed with this property. From the booking.com site I booked a room showing views over the water. Alas, being stuck right at the back of the hotel with a view of an air conditioning unit was not exactly how I envisioned our stay. I was told that I hadn’t booked a room with a view but the staff were prepared to show me several rooms at an extra charge. I agreed but these rooms were just so tiny and the windows even tinier that we decided to stay where we were. And how many times do you need to ask to have a working light bulb supplied? Well, I lost count and still didn’t have a working bedside lamp for our stay. The breakfast was great, no complaints there. But the staff on both the mornings of our stay could not be compared. The first morning the staff were very agreeable, the second, the staff were very rude.

The breakfast was very good in a way that it is like a small buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, hot coffee, very rich-in-taste hot chocolate, juice, hot PANCAKE, croissant and my favourite mini CHOCOLATE DANISH (it has rich fillings and taste really good). Cons: When a staff brought my luggage up, I gave 1 euro, it may not be much, but I researched that you do not tip in Europe in general. Staff made sarcastic comments which was very rude. I will not go back here for this one guy, I was ripped off quite a bit in europe, so research and be firm to say "NO" when they ask for more money or tip.

Cons: The room they put us in at first was not was I thought I paid for. It was small, with no view, except the back or inside of the hotel and the bathroom was very small. When I asked to change to a canal view room with better layout I was asked to pay an extra euro 90 which I paid as the first room was stuffy.

Cons: The staff lady was scary and we are sure we left a book there and called them to look for it. The first time she said there isn't. The second time we called to let her know to look for between bed frame for my book, she yelled at us and told us that we are calling them twice when she said there is no book there at the first time. We just called to ask her for another location and only called twice. I don't think that is a crime to call twice for looking for a lost book. No need to be that rude and no need to raise voice.

Cons: The furnishings were old and disappointingly faded for the price we were paying. One of our first rooms was located next to the air conditioning motor on the roof and was insanely loud. To their credit, they did allow us to relocate that room. Upon check in, we were told breakfast was included in our room and the times it would be available. Disappointingly, after our party of six had started eating breakfast, we were then told that our rooms did not include breakfast. When I reminded them of what they had told us at checkin, they said I must have misunderstood. 15 euro per person when we could have easily fed my four children for 1/5 of that price at the bakery around the corner had we known was annoying.
