7,7 Good
Pros: Overall, I enjoyed the stay. Stayed in the old charming part of the hotel. Nice lobby, nice grand room by the elevators from the 'hey day' period. Relaxing on balcony was nice, small outdoor area for sunning. Large indoor pool...connects to outdoor smaller pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely visit Baden Baden again...this hotel however, I think is a bit pricey for what it is and what you get. I may opt to stay at the newer Holiday Inn Express in town next time though.
Cons: Could not schedule a massage while there. It was a Sunday. No masseurs or masseuses were working. For a Spa town, and spa environment this was quite surprising. If you plan on going here, call or email hotel first if you want to have a massage or spa services as you might be surprised once you arrive that you can't get any of that. Doors in the old part of the hotel could use some renovations/updating. Frames/doors allowed light and noise to filter through. Some of the staff could however, use some Customer service training...particularly at the front desk. I believe they have some people being trained at front desk and they did not smile or were not very knowledgeable of the town and giving any directions.

Cons: The only minus is quality of sheets Clean but not 100 % cotton
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality, property, good service! Many thanks!!!! Un Grand Merci!
Cons: Rien
1,0 Poor
Pros: I didn't like it: Room: 338 Superior double room with 1 bed, two mattresses and one base, the mattresses were always moving away. Air conditioning of course from the last century, the location inside the room, a very controversial decision, a lot of noise, but little sense, very noisy, sleep with this air conditioner is impossible. Noise isolation zero. There is no supply ventilation, and it is impossible to open the window due to the strong wind. There is mold in the bathrooms. The view from the window on the garden is terrible on the unkempt roof of the indoor pool, all the other rooms have a view of the road with busy traffic, the roar of motorcycles and sirens of police cars. Hotel: this is a rare case when you choose a hotel based on photos, descriptions and reviews. You compare it with alternative offers, but it turns out everything is not as it really is. We do not smoke with my wife, the hotel smokes in the rooms, on the balconies, and in the garden for recreation. This is unacceptable. There must be designated Smoking areas. The fitness room was also closed. Staff: cheated on opening a thermal pool, cheated on a Russian-Speaking Manager, cheated on a refund for going to the caracalla public thermal pool. this was not expected from Radisson! I will not recommend Radisson to anyone. Baden itself is of course magnificent.
Cons: My wife and I travel a lot around the world. To celebrate the anniversary of his wife (30 years) chose Germany and Radisson only because of the outdoor pool with thermal water (go down the robe and Slippers) On arrival 9.02 we were deceived, the Manager (English) of the hotel informed us that the thermal pool is not working today, but will work tomorrow! When booking, we were sent a message "the pool will be closed from 15.01-7.02" there were no other warnings ! The Manager recommended that you go at your own expense to the public thermal pool caracalla, which is located a kilometer from the hotel (the weather was very windy and cloudy) day 2: we went down to the SPA in the morning – we were cheated again, the pool is closed. The hotel Manager (English) was surprised at our indignation and said that (booking) we should have been warned about the closing of the pool and there is no question of any compensation, and also sent us to caracalla at our own expense, to which we demanded a Russian-Speaking Manager, he told us that come in the evening. At 16:30 as it turned out we were again deceived, the other Manager also (English) after a long inconclusive curses why the pool is still closed and there is no Russian-Speaking staff, we left. We went to caracalla, there was a very strong wind on the street for a very long time, there were a lot of people in the public pool more than 200 people, I'm not used to visiting public places where there are a lot of people, we were very uncomfortable. On the way back, we were caught in the rain, returning to the hotel, as the hotel did not provide a transfer to caracalla, I with a check from caracalla demanded a refund, the Manager gave me 32€ . The evening of the celebration of the wife's birthday was irrevocably spoiled! day 3: we went down to the SPA in the morning - we were cheated again, the pool is closed. We Packed up and left the hotel. this was not expected from Radisson!

Cons: Nothing.
1,0 Poor
Pros: I loved the location. The hotel service was so bad that we only went there to sleep. Did not enjoy anything in the hotel. We choose to go other places to go to swimming pool and spa treatments! Some of the ladies at the reception were really nice!
Cons: The hotel service was a big deception. Staff from kitchen really not nice. I called to request breakfast in the room and because the lady does not understand english she was not even polite. She hang the phone in my ear! When you call to book a massage with the spa department they are really not nice, almost rude. You don't fell comfortable to ask anything. I am truly so disappointed. Just wanted a relax weekend! Certainly will never go back to that net of hotels. Even the door in my room had halls! For a 4 stars hotel! I usually access here to give nice reports of the service and this is my first time I come here to report such bad service!
5,0 Okay
Pros: Partially old styled hotel
Cons: No parking space available; only fixed menus; to many persons at diner and breakfast. Resulted in food that is not available. For the price you pay you would not expect this.

Interesting building - formerly a factory and still with the original 1920s stairways, lots of glamourous posters of the cigarettes that the factory used to produce. Pros: Very comfortable beds, unexpected and lovely included snacks, spacious room, easy underground passage to Caracalla, walking distance to core Baden Baden, pleasant staff. The best place we stayed the entire trip.
Cons: A minor thing but truly awkward for friends traveling together is the window looking directly into the shower from the bedroom. Is it supposed to be sexy? I’m not sure it would be even if I was with my spouse. Don’t let that stop you from staying here though, the place is fantastic.

4,2 Okay
Cons: My family and I, a family of six adults, were very insulted by the treatment we received from one of their staff when we arrived to check-in. When we parked our car outside the hotel lobby to drop-off our many luggages for check-in, one of their staff came out to talk to us. At first we thought she was greeting us or offering us help to bring the luggages in, unfortunately the staff condescendingly informed us that the hotel has "no asian group bookings today" and we have gotten the wrong hotel. As she spoke to us slowly as if we were couldn't understand english, she stood between us and the door with us on the sidewalk with our many luggages looking as if we were rejected from the hotel. To assume & insist that we had gotten the wrong hotel before we had the chance to come to the front desk and told them of our reservation is very rude and degrading - the worst treatment we have ever received by a hotel front desk. No apology was made to us when I told her we were at the right hotel and showed her my proof of reservation. The rooms are huge but not equipped with a suitable heater for a room that big - making it very cold in the winter. There's no minibar, kettle, coffee or tea in the room. Tea and coffee is provided downstairs at the lobby which causes inconvenience whenever we want a hot drink in our room. The chandelier in the room was falling out from the ceiling. The only thing this hotel is good for is their location. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.
7,0 Good
Pros: proximity to the bath houses and the historic downtown
Cons: When I reserve a large double bed, I expect a large double bed, not two small beds pushed together with a huge gap in the middle. Not at all the same level of comfort. A very disappointing experience.
6,0 Good
Pros: Location is great, beds comfortable, good size rooms
Cons: Noisy floors, no parking availability, cleaners trying to get in the room too early on the weekends, as well as use hoover in the corridor waking everyone up! Time of cleaning is important for comfort of the guests! Hairdryer was dirty and very hot. Juices are watery at breakfast, no fill up of many items

Pros: Fantastic location, beautiful old building, park area
Cons: Advertised as a hotel with an adjacent parking. True. But- Reservations are not possible, so you have to come really early, otherwise you have to park somewhere else and drag your luggage etc almost for a half of a kilometer up the hill. Nah..I’m good.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: - Location is perfect - You can ask the reception to provide you with towels to go to the Caracalla Therme nearby) - the room and the bed were super comfortable - the breakfast was delicious

Pros: Everything! This place is honestly a hidden gem!! The breakfast matches in quality a 5* hotel, the staff is super nice and very attentive, the house is typically decorated and very genuine with a particular taste for cars scattered around the place, we very much enjoyed a friendly cat strolling around the property and the details (tips for events, workshops in the afternoon, a cake on arrival).. we didn't have enough time to explore it all, but we will be back in the summer to enjoy the nature ! Enjoy :)
Cons: The bed wasn't super comfortable and the bathroom is a bit outdated

Will recommend AND COME BACK .

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast - exceptional Great location, beautiful areas, fit for long walkings, peaceful and quiet
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good bed and decent shower. Complimentary fruit and water in the room upon arrival was a nice touch. Great breakfast! Very large selection of breads, pretzels, meats, cheeses, spreads, fruits, fish... Eggs made to your liking. Great atmosphere with all the wood and red carpets, really felt at ease here.
Cons: Parking was pretty full upon arrival, I managed to get the last free spot. It is probably better when the restaurant is not filled with people. Arriving a quarter before ten it took some time before someone arrived to help at the reception. I had not read that I should ask in the restaurant. Some notice about that at the reception or someway to notice someone (like a bell or something) would have been nice.

Cons: There is no spa despite misleading photos The lounge and music area is for smokers and full of pipe and cigar smoke. There is no lounge for non smokers.Smoke perçulates up through stairs into all rooms Terrible breakfast poorly staffed with empty plates and nothing left to eat. Tables left dirty so had to clear table then search for our own cutlery and plates. Rooms small and dated

Pros: The location is very convenient as it is in the centre where all the main attractions are. It was a very quiet room even though we stayed on the first floor we didn't have any issues at all. The room was very spacious and the bathroom even bigger. It was very clean! The breakfast was nice with a pleasant view and the waiters were very polite and friendly.
Cons: The staff at the reception was not super friendly and they almost overcharged us. I had the confirmation with me so it was ok at the end. We asked a few questions about the town and the lady at reception pretended that she didn't hear...we only stayed for one night and it was easy to find everything on your own. It was also difficult to stop outside the hotel as there was no space to leave the car. There are 2 private parking lots nearby.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, food, aspect, location, and the cute juliette balcony overlooking the stream.
Cons: Not disability friendly. Stairs at front entrance and internal (1-2) stairs to the lift. The shower we had was a small prefabricated PVC freestanding version placed across a corner in a very large bath room. You had to step up to get into it and was a really tight space. Had difficulties washing my hair as little arm space and we are not big people! Next time will request a different bathroom.

Pros: The thing that the Caracalla Thermes are linked by a garage and there is a very good price/quality rapport
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff, particularly Michael and Luca, were phenomenal! Very cordial, with highest levels of service. We really enjoyed the thermal spa next door to the hotel, and hiking to the high castle. Katharina is the perfect hostess. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel (and we travel a lot). Pit and Nadine Martin
Cons: That we had to leave

Pros: The hotel was in the perfect location next to the Thermal Baths. We were in the town center and lots of shopping and places to eat! Really enjoyed the cleanliness of the town and how close the hotel was to everything! Parking was easy and check in was quiet and great. The hotel is definitely a must visit! Was upgraded to a bigger room for FREE! The mini - bar was stocked and complimentary.
Cons: Everything was Great!
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds, unexpected and lovely included snacks, spacious room, easy underground passage to Caracalla, walking distance to core Baden Baden, pleasant staff. The best place we stayed the entire trip.
Cons: A minor thing but truly awkward for friends traveling together is the window looking directly into the shower from the bedroom. Is it supposed to be sexy? I’m not sure it would be even if I was with my spouse. Don’t let that stop you from staying here though, the place is fantastic.

Cons: Unfortunately the pool was not very clean. I used the pool two non-consecutive days and the same small pieces of trash was in the pool each time. I wonder why it was not checked frequently.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location in centre. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Well maintained hotel, good size rooms. My wife enjoyed the massage in the spa.
Cons: The fitness room could do with a bit more equipment. Also the swimming pool was too warm for me.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: the personnel was very professional and nice. the bed in the room just super comfortable. the spa was ok,but one of the two saunas was not working. we stayed there one night and it was ok but I would not spend more than one night as the facility does not justify the price.
Cons: breakfast for 28 Eur per person was just not justified. for this amount of money you would expect at least a glas of prosecco / champagne. the omelette was almost burned and the cheese sort of Lidl one. 20 eur per night for parking is just not fair.
1,0 Poor
Cons: When our family of 5 arrived to check in after a long drive from Austria. I was first told by reception that there was no record of our booking,, we all felt very unwelcome, then he could only find a booking for 3 people and not 5 people , this was despite offering to give him the booking reference number, eventually he sorted out a room for us but we needed to ask specially for the sofa bed to be made up into a bed. We were also told that the swimming pool closed at 8pm. The air conditioning in the 2 rooms did not cool down the rooms which were very hot, we tried opening the windows but there was a metallic knocking noise outside so had to close them, due to the heat it was very difficult to sleep. For a very expensive 5 star hotel in Baden Baden we all felt this was a very dissapointing stay and certainly we would not reccomend anyone staying here until the Hotel sorts out its hospitality and booking issues. The breakfast was adequate but not to the usual international hotel 5 star standard . All in all a very disappointing stay which will be remembered by my family for all of the wrong reasons.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Family room was very good. Very spacious and comfortable.
Cons: Quality of breakfast was very poor. It looked nice, but actually hams and cheese were dried and also others were not tasty.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed in this hotel twice before and I can only second every word of my previous reviews, this hotel is absolutely and without a doubt designed for anyone to have absolutely the best travel experience ever! I was happy to be back and enjoy another stay in an immaculately kept - extremely spacious - room, all amenities provided. A very cosy and comfortable Kingsize bed gives you an extremely good night sleep. And when you sleep with your balcony door wide open as I do, waking up in the morning to the birds chirping in the trees outside was an extra bonus. The cleanliness of all areas of the hotel was and is impressive to say the least, starting with your own bathroom as well as the rest of the premises. The Buffet breakfast was again more than you could have hoped for, very delicious in every way ... freshly cooked eggs of your own choice, fresh Orange-juice as well as a hot & cold buffet with a wide range of excellent cold cuts, cereals, fruits, cheeses, marmelades and jams as well as freshly baked pastries, croissants, cakes etc.! The room-service was also top-notch!!! This is a place where you can see a team at work and all ready to go the extra mile to make a visitor welcome in every single way. Top marks all round and I will certainly recommend this hotel again and again. Value for money is excellent!!! Fantastic stay overall and I look forward to stay here again next March!
