Pros (+) Overall, I enjoyed the stay. Stayed in the old charming part of the hotel. Nice lobby, nice grand room by the elevators from the 'hey day' period. Cons (-) Could not schedule a massage while there. It was a Sunday. No masseurs or masseuses were working. For a Spa town, and spa environment this was quite surprising.
