Everything. Closeness to the conference I attended, clean room and bathroom especially, restaurants in the hotel, the pool!!! Comfort of bed, the magnificent view on the harbour...
Beautiful upgrade to end suite with panoramic views of harbour throughout this beautifully designed suite. Massive comfy king size bed, staff are all exceptional & so friendly thank you for making our last 2 nights in Vancouver for our 10th wedding anniversary so memorable & special. Lovely choices for kids on the menu for in room dining which was of great quality. Nice lounge bar downstairs with again beautiful views. Highly recommend this hotel for location right on the water & right near Gastown, all staff are absolutely lovely & all around comfort. Will be staying here whenever we’re in Vancouver.
Shouldn't be listed as a 5-star. Needs to be updated/renovated
The view and the bedsheets.
Walls were a bit thin so we had an issue with noisy neighbours (i.e. they weren't throwing a party, they are just loud talkers naturally)
I love that they offered us a free upgrade as we celebrated my fiancée’s birthday. Our stay also included breakfast when I booked. I was very impressed. The facilities are amazing.
I honestly cannot complain. There were just minor issues that affected my plans for a special day. I was a little sad that there was a $28 charge to request for synthetic rose petals and that we would have had to order balloons from an outside source then pay to have them placed in the room. And when I asked for early check-in so that I could do these things myself, they couldn’t grant it to me. So my fiancée had to wait in the lobby while I ran up to the room to do these things myself.
