The worst experience ever!!!. It took me one hour and a half to pick up the car. The guy was unaware how to issue a car with a USA drive Licence. He didn’t not accept my reservation on Kayak he charge me his own company price with many extras. Plus a huge deposit. I have never had a problem renting a car with American drivers license anywhere in the world. The car was smelly and at the end very expensiveReviewed Aug 9 2026

They did not rent unless you had an international drivers license, which they did not tell you until you were at their location (a distance from the airport). They sent you to their sister company around the corner who would rent to you but charged 3 times the amountReviewed Jul 19 2026

I was given the wrong address for pickup. not sure if this happened on kayaks end or u-saves. the contact information listed, specifically the phone number, was nonfunctional. i wasted hours and money taking a taxi to the listed address which did not service u-save. eventually I was able to contact u-save, and upon arrival was denied rental. I was told that my international driver's permit was invalid, despite previous cross-checks on all of the fine print available. The desk worker said they could not refund me and dismissed me. at which point i had to end up renting another car from the agency next door. this was a horrible experience in terms of time service and money.Reviewed May 31 2026

We were told whet to park the return and then we were told that the shuttle was picking us up about 1000 yards away and we had to move our 3 full size pcs of luggage ourselves work little assist over uneven pavement. We are both about 70 so it was a hardship. Since the plane was delayed my reservation was canceled. I do not know car models very well at all I'm 6 feet and the sales agent offered me a Nissan Sentra which I only later learned is a compact car My original reservation was for an intermediate size car. I think I had a really great price originally. I am fairly certain I did not get my original good deal. But I learned a valuable lesson. From now on only Enterprise.Reviewed Apr 20 2026

Car windshield holes and scratch, wipers left water smeared in glass and all impeded vision. Sticking gas pedal, brakes grabbed, old 10+ years I think, no agent to talk to, only through TV screen, 2 lot men only spoke Spanish, forced to buy Insurance even though I have my own.
