Very easy.
Pros: The ease of the rental was great. No issues, got me into the car I reserved. The manager, Dimitri, was polite and attentive to my needs. Car was clean and they serviced it for me before taking it to ensure the were no issues.

Great people & service!
Pros: I rent cars often and it’s always a pleasure to see Ed, Dimitri, and Mike! I know that I’m going to get a good car and not have to pay a lot of money.

Cons: I booked the car online for the price of $38 for one day; when I got to location they (the rep working at Worcester MA airport location -- who should be fired by the way -- at 4:00pm on Friday April 28th 2017) told me because I was not an insured driver technically he said they shouldn't even rent to me, but he found it in his heart to rent it to me at almost twice as much as I had booked it for -- $62. If I had insurance, I would have a car and wouldn't need a fucking rental for fuck's sake. And unless your business model is to exclusively limit your customer base to car owners whose cars are totaled or can't be driven for some fucking demented reason just like the demented mind who would come up with this ridiculous fucking rule in the first place.

Seamless!
Pros: When I booked the rental I immediately received an email confirmation regarding my rental complete with a phone number to call with any questions or concerns. When I went to pick up my rental there was no confusion and everything was exactly as I had booked.
Cons: I have no complaints.

Basic service
Pros: When the customer service representative came to assist he was pleasant and helpful. I appreciate the toll option and was glad I got the transponder.
Cons: Only one person at the counter who also had to assist with the car. This meant a long wait. I don't care for the refueling options either since there were not that many places to refuel near the airport I ended up paying just under $8 a gallon to top off the tank. That was not my favorite moment!
