Pros:Nothing - I was unable to make the rental because the hours of the rental car location were a lie.Cons:The online hours listed for Budget Car Rental say it is open until 7 pm. However, when I arrived at 4 pm, there were no employees there. I waited for an hour, but no one showed up. I called the location, & it said "all of our employees are busy" - the store hours are a lie.Reviewed Jul 23 2019

Pros:Easy pick up, nice car.Cons:There was no one at the counter mid-afternoon to receive my car. I waited for 20 minutes and then left my Budget key in the dropbox even though the box was only marked for Avis, not Budget.Reviewed Jun 30 2019

Smiling Can’t Hurt That MuchPros:Ease of dropping off the car. Simply pulled into the lot adjacent to the terminal, parked, and dropped keys at counter.Cons:The agent’s attitude when I mentioned that I was expecting a discount for returning the vehicle with more gasoline then when I picked it up. He immediately said that was not possible; even though, I was told differently by a Budget representative when I called the company’s customer service line earlier in the day. He also did not seem interested in my concerns regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle I noticed shortly after picking up the vehicle.Reviewed Oct 27 2018

Unable to drive the carPros:NothingCons:The car given to me had very bad brakes and I was unable to drive the car. I took it back the next morning and they refused to give me a full refund for the car. It wasn't even the car I had intended to rent! The service was horrible at the counter and they didn't even have the car I wanted to rent. The customer sevice with Budget has been awful. I am still fighting to get my refund for the one day I did not even drive the car!!!Reviewed Aug 13 2018

Wrong smelly carCons:The car we ordered was not there. We were given a car that was smaller and smelled very badly of smoke. Called everyday to replace it and budget never had a replacement.Reviewed Aug 31 2017

Billing problemPros:The cas was fineCons:I was charge 2 days instead of 1. The manager in the dropoff office couldn't modifie the bill. I had to waste my time calling the customer service.
