I paid - in response to a Thrifty unsolicited email offer - to skip the counter and go straight to the car. That did not happen at pickup. I had to wait for 2 customers ahead of us. Now I was 20 +/- minutes early because the flight was early. Thrifty msgs and announcements claimed they would track delayed flights and hold rentals open. Seems like that is doable and should be done for early flights. Either that or email the details for direct-to-the car folks more than 30 minutes before car reservation time.Reviewed Oct 17 2025

Terrible. Don’t use them. They jacked up the price every way possible. They also wouldn’t honor the price booked online. Then they thought it funny to stick me with a 9 seater van instead of mid size sedan. Then they charged me more again. Also all agents were actively misrepresenting how fuel worked tricking people into paying for a full tank. It is shyster scam level stuff. Do not rent from them.Reviewed Oct 12 2025

Staff was very nice. Car was very new & rode nice & smooth. The only things that were not up to par was that there were no notes in Thrifty’s system about existing dents & scratches so we had to meticulously go over the car for any damage before leaving the lot. And the exterior of the car was not fully cleaned. Bugs on windshield & nose of car. Interior was very clean.Reviewed Oct 6 2025
