Staff was extremely rude. Pickup was fine until we drove out of the parking lot and noticed the tire was flat. Went back to attendant who said "there was nothing he could do"... took a lot of arguing -including being yelled at by staff- to just get them to change our car to another one, which is what they should've done from the beginning. We will never rent with Budget again.Cons:

The dropoff was relatively easy. The lady at the counter and the gentleman at the return were niceCons:
I got a pretty beat up car with 40K plus miles on it. The car had visible damage on the outside and the inside was possibly the least clean (not necessarily very dirty) of any rental car I've ever gotten. The lady at the counter for pick up also didn't seem to want to be there. Lastly, I called to extend the rental by one day which Hertz was OK with but they charged me 80+ bucks for the extra day when I paid 50 per day (350 for the week). I would use someone else next time I go to STX.9,2 Wonderful

Reserved a month before. Confirmed via phone twice in the week before. Upon arrival I was told ‘ we don’t have any cars’. Not sorry, not we might have one tomorrow, no attempt to help in any way. The manager was in the back room and refused to speak with me. The woman at the counter, Laura, refused to help in any way. Worst customer experience I have ever had.
