Airport location. Friendly customer service, relatively quick and easy pick up and drop off. No hidden fees, no scams as other people suggested. The car was in mediocre shape; it did what we needed but it desperately needed new breaks (not too comforting to drive with all the hills on the island). The pickup process could be easier. No indication as to where to go to find the car. Asked a lady who pointed us in the general direction. Then had to manhandle our suitcases up stairs because of no elevator or ramp. People running the rental lot were less than welcoming. Car was adequate. Pros:Drop off was easy. I just pulled it into a space and dropped the keys at the rental desk inside the airport.Cons:Lots of things could be improved. I reserved the car 3 weeks in advance, and had to wait an hour past the reserved pick-up time to get keys. The excuse was "we're busy." Five minutes after leaving the rental lot, various warning lights came on and remained on/off throughout our week rental. Car could have been cleaner too.Reviewed Mar 20 2021

Pros:They were nice on the phone and in the end I forgot my wallet and the called us just in time.Cons:We call to ask about car seats, they said they take care of it. We arrived an hour earlier, se we talked about the car seats again and waited for our allotted time because there were no other cars, no problem there, the problem is that even when we showed an hour later the car was ready they dumped the car seats on us not on the car, and they knew is was 3 car seats, so that's all the luggage, all 3 kids and all 3 car seats, and if we're paying to use the car seats we do expect to see the car seats in the car not at the window, we have rented cars everywhere domestically and abroad amd that's the first time we have to pay, install and carry car seats.Reviewed Feb 14 2021
