Pros: Getting to Thrifty from the airport was easy. Also, the people behind the counter were super nice and helpful.

Pros: friendly and quick service at counter, gave me a car i liked. toyota corolla.
Cons: tire pressure warning light on, needed to put air in tires a couple of times,assume it was a slow leak in tire. right passenger door made clunking sound when closing. not sure if car had been in an accident

Cons: Hidden costs to rent were outrageous. My estimated total for 1week was $475 and it ended up being $775. I will never rent from this company again.

Pros: Fast and friendly pickup in Kansas City.
Cons: A Kia Optima is NOT in the same class as an Audi A4, which i had selected in my online res. Also, maybe dont charge such exorbitant fees for changing dropoff locaton. 300 some dollar fee beyond original car rental for dropping off the car in a different thrifty location. NEVER USING THRIFTY AGAIN.

Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly. Dropoff was super easy using the drop box.
Cons: This was out of their control, but the car was covered in snow and the doors frozen shut when we picked it up. Some sort of covered parking for the rental car facility at KCI would be nice.

Cons: Long walk from dropping off car outside to building. Car had faint odor to it like masked cigarette smoke.

Good experience overall
Pros: Picking up and dropping off the car were really quick and easy. The car was comfortable and spacious.
Cons: The only problem with our car was that the USB connection was damaged and we couldn't charge our cell phone -- which made using the phone for navigation problematic.
